The downtown core around the arena area is pretty dirty. There is no parking anywhere. The Good Samaritan centre is a real treat. My wife and I walked past it on our way to Wacky Wings. The idiots out front of the place startled growling at us. Walking Dead live.
i was there a couple of times in the winter is very cold but in the summer it is a paradise sudbury is very beautiful with very nice and educated people GOD bless to all the peolpe of sudbury on
Sudbury sucks, dont move here. I know because i live here sadly. Our municipal govt sucks.They use cheap asphalt for our roads, why we have bowl holes from cracks everywhere that damage our expensive cars We pay high property tax and get shit. Govt doesn t manage our money well.

I am going to Study in the Cambrian College , berry Downey road , Sudbury. Is Sudbury good place to live also to find a job nd manage my expenses? . I am from India. Plz reply am so worried.
The biggest expense is always on renting an accommodation in Canada. Sudbury will be cheaper as compared to Toronto/Brampton. Moreover, minimum wages are same all over Ontario. In winters, weather is better in Toronto as compared to Sudbury. No need to worry and be positive. Sudbury is a good and big city in Northern Ontario.
My wife and I worked many years in Sudbury. Always a good place to be. Our children grew up here. Talking to them now they say it was the best of times. One of my sons still works in Sudbury.
Greater Sudbury is going to be Raccoon City now, for the upcoming RE live action reboot. 😃 Crazy to think they are back in Canada again for filming the reboot, like they did in Toronto 16 years ago for RE: Apocalypse.
I lived there between 1973- 1978. I remember Serge's poolroom beside bonny mart. Rick Laidlaw, Jerry and Doug Ranger. The "boys" from Blezzard Valley (). Wayne Mitchell, Gary Robillard, Sandra, Paul. Dated Natalie Gaudin from Chelmsford for 3 years. Wish I could relive those years. Mike Gauthier stole money from me and a friend.
