Great content! I know exactly what he's talking about. I'm 45 and one week out from the Masters Regionals. The suffering was worth it. Gotta go to some dark places in your mind to push through. I'm fat free/peeled right now and ready for the show. I'm excited for it to be here and excited to get to the rebound phase.

I remember he had a fluid retention problem leading into his pro card win. He did actually put some blame on Patrick his coach at the time. Eventually dropping him at just over a week out. I guess now we know why he was holding water. Hope he nails Texas ✊

I know this video is kinda old but why can't he eat sushi most of it is rice and fish so definitely high protein and good fats and carbs in some of it .
