May the most blessed St Padre Pio be honoured and glorified for eternity along with all of the heavenly congregation as we thank them for their continued prayers and intercession from their heavenly home for us. I continue to ask you my dear friends to please remember our blessed lady each day for a few moments and pray to her meditating on the seven sorrows that pierced her most pure heart during her life on earth, this prayer is most powerful and brings great comfort to both our white lady of peace and also her blessed son Jesus and many graces are obtained from this powerful prayer. I also ask you my dear friends to please remember our blessed saviour Jesus for a few moments each day and pray to him remembering his agonising on the Mount of olives where he shed tears for us, sweat blood and where his prayer flowed in trembling agony from his heart so pure and divine. 1Peter4:12-15,and Colossians1:24. We Catholic’s are called to share in the suffering’s of Christ for the salvation of soul’s. I’m going out in just a shirt with the sleeves rolled up regardless of the weather and yes I’m frozen but I’m doing for soul’s,for the holy soul’s and in reparation. (I also have a very bad right hip because of arthritis or osteoarthritis,and get migraines - but I give praise to Jesus and Mary and to Jesus through Mary!!!). I am there unworthy servant/slave!! I have prayed very cautiously to offer myself to suffer for Our Lord. It's very daunting and frightening to ask for such a thing, am I even worthy. But My Savior knows all that I am capable of and will not bless me with things I cannot endure. After 48 years of living all wrong and having been blessed with a very deep conversion I find myself in many ways seemingly perched on the edge of something but unknown to me. I do my miserable best to offer myself to the Lord and patiently wait and hopefully prepare myself to do His Will, while striving to live day to day in His desire. May the Blessings of Almighty God be on all who read these words.

We can use our suffering for the salvation of others even though I am not like Padre Pio who wants to suffer because I don't want to suffer but when suffering comes to me then I can use it for others I give all my suffering to Jesus all my for Him to use it for some of my family members and some friends this can be use for others for them to have a conversion of faith for those who annoy us for those who are far from God for those who we love and them to find God their for anyone who needs our suffering it for them
For those who will be worthy of Christ's full presence either through thorough spiritual maintenance, works, or His mercy (our different sins hinder any of these, including misuse of once given mercy), this short time is indeed the only time they'll experience direct suffering in their whole existence, making it a very valuable sacrifice to God. Suffering removes everything that interferes with inner maturing, but can also destroy you, the very goodness that makes you in the likeness of God. I think it's pretty much a gamble, what suffering will give you.
Jesus: “What reward would you like to have from Me for all you have done and all you have suffered?” John of the Cross: “Lord, to suffer and be despised for You.” Request granted.

This teaching is very profound! There is real truth in it, and still, everyone has a different mission and purpose in life.When suffering enters in our lives, as it has and does for all of us-it is part of learning and life, this teching becomes very useful so we can cope with it, and hopefully grow from it as well. Lord, teach us tolerance, patience and love, amen.🙏
Sending my prayers. I learn a new thing from internet that after you eat, bacteria in your mouth feast on sugars from sweet foods and starches. This makes acids that can destroy enamel. And also, acids in sodas, juices, and drinks are harmful, too. (I tend to avoid drinking any citrus juices but apple juice) Any candy is just bad for teeth. Always brush and floss every morning and every night. Always brush teeth if teeth feel sugary. Hope James is still a very young child.
I have discovered that the apple cider vinegar is very acidic and it can erode tooth enamel. Its ph level is between 2-3 same as that of lemon juice. For soda, it is very acidic reaching 2.37. As for apple juice, it's between 3 and 4.5. Apple is considered citrus. Carrot juice is slightly acidic (ph 6.13). Water has a neutral pH of 7. The pH of the toothpaste can generally range from 7 to 10 depending on which brand. Still, I recommend you do your due diligence.
