Thank you! We baked this today! I preheated the oven to 450'F, poured the batter into 6" round greased cake pan, and baked for 10 minutes. It was perfect. A few notes, I added crushed walnuts to the batter. I made the ganache with semisweet chocolate chips. I served the cake with chopped strawberries and a little whipped cream. Next time I would use ripe bananas. Enjoy!
@@Tyler-xe1es Hi! Normally when baking with bananas, recipes call for ripened bananas (with some brown on them) which are quite sweet. I copied what this baker used which were light yellow bananas so I think this is why our cake yesterday was not sweet. The strawberries and whipped cream made it yummy perfect. I will bake again but with ripened bananas. I added the walnuts for the extra nutritional benefits, plus we like them. :) Enjoy!
I haven’t made this yet, although I want to because it looks so good 😊 I bake quite often and in my experience the 4 tablespoons of cocoa powder should add a heavy chocolate flavor and the banana might be more of a background flavor. Hope this helps!
Thanks for the recipe. I made this with half-portion sizes and poured into two small ramekins. Cooked in micro. Used no topping instead I served it with sugar-free vanilla ice-cream. Delish.
merhaba, üzerindeki ganajımsı şeyi yapmadım sadece kek kısmını yaptım. iyi karıştırılmazsa yumurta tadı kalıyo. bence 1 kaşık da bal ya da şeker eklenirse daha da güzel olur. bu haliyle kekin şekeri çok az ve yumurta baskın sanki.
Спасибо за рецепт! Все получилось)) Я добавила замороженной вишни и время приготовления увеличилось до 16 минут (микроволновка Панасоник, инверторная). Первые 8 минут не трогала, а потом добавляла по 2 минуты и смотрела, чтобы центр перестал быть жидким. Нежно, вкусно, ароматно и полезно. Вечернее чаепитие было великолепным!))
Подскажите, в видео получилось так много в миксере. Это от 2-х бананов и яиц с разрыхлителем? Или просто нужно несколько раз повторить процесс для такого объёма?

I made it and it’s absolutely divine! First batch I followed your recipe, the next I played with added of a touch of cinnamon, the third I’ll use a bit of rum essence that goes great with cocoa/chocolate. And I’ll continue to play with it. The idea is super. Thank you!
Just done it. Perfect acompany to afternoon coffee. Quick easy, tasty and without sugar. I did not believe you can actually make a cake in microwave. Tried and did not regret.
@Anh Quỳnh I set power to 800W and kept for 6 minutes and 40 seconds. I use a medium size bowl so - 3 bananas, 3 eggs with 5 spoons of cacao and 3/4 small spoon of baking powder mixed together - covered more than half of the it. After cooking the mixture shrieked a little on sides but also got bigger in term of heights. While still hot I put it on plate (like a sand tower) and let it sit a few minutes until cold to eat.
I have tried so many simple cakes before, however this recipe by far, has been the best, simplest and delectable I have ever made. Thank you for sharing this lovely recipe

Wenn ja, bitte schreib mir, wenn du diesen Kommentar noch finden solltest. Ich brauche das Rezept eigentlich für meine kleine Nichte. Und ich will nicht 3 x ausprobieren. Vielleicht findest du schneller als ich die richtige Mischung. :-)
I made it . And it worked . It’s very nice . And sweet . Even without chocolate cover . But with it it’s really delicious! Don’t be afraid to try ! You will really enjoy it .
@@lateshajohnson3622 I am trying to keep my insulin levels as balanced as possible . However, somethimes you look for sugar no matter how hard ı prevent myself from it . I think 1 slice in a week or couple of days can be fine , need to ask my doctor I think , thanks for the heads up 😊
welp i made this today. it was not good like i hoped. the cake didn't rise and was flat . i did use baking powder. it was not sweet even though i added a 1/4 cup of maple syrup. id say this is a cake for diabetics lol.
@@FamousTina The one I made actually tasted better than any chocolate cake I've ever eaten and I had it WITHOUT the chocolate frosting. I used large bananas like the ones in this video and I added 1 teaspoon of vanilla essence.
Excellent recipe! Second time making it yesterday. I added a little light brown sugar and a pinch of salt. And the chocolate topping it is so good and easy to make. Thanks for sharing this recipe.
I've noticed that these no eggs no sugar no flour no oven need recipes taste like shit, that's why the recipe calls for eggs etc to make it taste NICE. THIS IS BASICALLY UNDERDONE CAKE AND IT TASTES LIKE PROPER SHITE.
Made it today was really good for quick n healthy cake recipe ..you’ll get a small cake with this quantity. I did add cinnamon n vanilla. Everything else did exactly as in t video 😋
I'd say you can allways use the oven. I'm not sure how long. Since there is no flour used maybe the temperature is lower and it doesnt take long. Maybe 10 min. But i leave it to yr own judgement. I poke the cake with a toothpick n see if anything sticks to it

Hvala na ovom receptu, upravo isproban, torta je odlična. Za nas koji smo intolerantni na mliječne proizvode, kremu sam napravio od kokosovog ulja, brezinog šećera te kakaa. 👌

@@Alex-rz8el a tiny little bit like chocolate banana bread but with a different texture. It wasn’t bad, it’s just I def would like it to be a lot sweeter. But it’s all natural ingredients so that’s that 🤷♀️
Great suggestion even for beginners like me! I used the oven at 180 Celsius degrees for 20 minutes, though. A small problem appeared with the butter on the cream/ganache that was added above. Despite the fact that the chocolate and the butter melted properly and were homogenized completely (I didn't use microwaves), a few minutes after spreading the ganache above the cake, a part of the butter started appearing at the edges of the cake in a semi-liquid from and then it became solid. What did I make wrong? Thanks.
