there is this place near Gateway of India, Mumbai where the sugar cane is made of only one press of the cane. meaning no repeat presses . so for one glass they might use some extra cane, ofcourse you pay similarly. but dont know if it tastes any different.
Well. I'm Indian. Sugar cane by itself is very safe. The water they use, Probably tap water. So not so hygenic. It won't kill you, If you are extremely sensitive, You might end up with Diarrhea for a day or two, but that's it..
