once you unlock platinum rank in the arena, head up the stairs of the castle's casino and talk to the oil baron, sugiura will be the last fighter you get from him
You can also stun lock enemies with the normal heavy attack just by spamming it. Altough after a couple of hits they become enraged and break out of it, like with any infinite in the game
yeah infinite stunlocks can certainly get some good damage in quickly, i just felt this method was a lot more reliable since like you said, basically every enemy breaks out of those eventually, meanwhile you can just spam this quickstep attack for an entire fight to do consistent damage + not take any damage, so i felt this was more OP
@@anhminhtran64 pretty sure that's who he meant by goat dude but yeah, sheep man damage is insane, i'd say sheep man is the most OP fighter in the arena for quick damage, but for doing any arenas no damage and being sure you'll win, sugiura is the most OP/safest option
Fun fact: Sheep Man uses Andre Richardson's moveset, While Chicken Man, well... This time the Old Man is the one teaching the lessons, instead of the other way around. (I'm saying that it's Kuze's moveset.)
You know the Mystery Research Club in Lost Judgment led by Kyoko Amasawa? She seem smart for her age and if she get training by Suigura and Kaito she can be a badass as well. Adding her into the crew after her graduation recommended by Yagami (if he can't make it into next game)
sugiura and higashi especially since they have unique movesets, but man imagine a triple protag game with those 3 or even 4 protags if they wanted to keep yagami, could be an absolutely peak game
@@swaggymungdaal I'd love to see them all back too-just saying, since there was some uncertainty about getting Tak back, those characters have earned their own following and I think the series could continue with them :)
Higashi is op as well. He can pretty much 'Nuh uh' any damage with both his ability and his heat action. Plus he uses a blade so he can cut through barehanded blocks and block other blades.
I bet Sugiura's quickstep sweep would start off to be a 50/50 juggle startup/mixup if Judgment 3 decides to make Sugiura a playable character in the future.
Funniest thing is, his damage output is the highest out of all the other fighters and he has infinite evasion. P.s: kinda lazy RGG to not give Higashi his Muay Thai moveset
For 1 on 1 fights, the Ninjas have to be S-Tier with their specials. You can hit confirm it with a sway attack and it one shots the vast majority (if not all) of bosses at level 3.
So I've only played Judgement+LJ but haven't played RGG (only watched a playthrough of 7 which is really fucking good), is Sugiura here just a character cameo or also came up in the story because I also saw Kaito on another vid
