No criminal will admit his crime. If bail is granted because jail has been for long without trial then what happens when thousands of innocents who are jailed and are awaiting trials for years and no courts take note of them. It only means high and mighty and moneyed will get such treatment

Dear Navika madam, Why is it that our High Court & Supreme Court gives more attention , gets things fast tracked ( recent political leaders) than other citizens who are in Indian jail for more than years & yrs without any trial ....There are many many citizens who are in jail pending petition not getting justice? Can you please check... all should get equal & fair treatment & honor.( Maybe I don't know anything about judicial system. I am sorry if I am wrong )

How shameless for Kejriwal in jail and not resigning and letting governance go hay where, leaving Delhi citizens in mazhdaar, and making them suffer due to heavy rains and resultant water logging at numerous places, and now suffer because of patholes and damaged and disappeared roads etc etc. They have indulged in corruption and not accepting it and trying to prove sons of Raja Harishchandra. Delhi is paying the price for choosing such people. All because of culture of freebies whereby the general public gets entrapped little realising that all money is coming out of their pockets only.
What vindication? It was caused more by the inability of the agencies to complete the investigation agencies and that inability was caused by the stubbornness of these goons not to cooperate with the investigation and thd inability of the courts to insist on cooperation with investigations. They were carried by a dogma of bail being an exception without regarding the ability of the goons to destroy evidence and vitiate the investigation but disregarding on the need to eradicate corruption and fraud in public life.
AAP should not be happy about the bail for Sisodiya .SC has not aquited him . Liquorate case is open and it is true.AAP cannot escape. You corrupt people looted public money and should be put behind bar permanently.
