@@adams3560 Well, according to some Arkham City Epilogues, Kid Shark is suppose to be canon.. Assault On Arkham was long considered to tie in with the game series, but Nanaue is presumed deceased (unless he had some regenerative factor) Black Spider also long died since Assault on Arkham and apparently red hood took him out? Along with killer moth.. Also, by the way, Clayface shouldn’t be alive either since he was long taken out since CITY. I’m not necessarily gonna make a big deal about it, but doesn’t this necessarily seem weird? It’s like if Zsasz appears outta nowhere when they quite literally had their own little comic being the prequel to SSKTJL which is called Kill Arkham Asylum where they literally show him being devoured by “Nanaue” and tried to say it was a different Victor Zsasz..

And on top of that think of all the staff needed to maintain and bug fix a live service game...the game is DRASTICALLY in the red (losing money) yeah they SAID they had a year of content but be real...would YOU keep bleeding money into something that OBVIOUSLY wasn't working?

I seriously don't get Rocksteady, they knew this game was already divisive from the moment gameplay was revealed, so you'd think they'd wanna put in characters who people WANT to play as to save this game, characters like Red Hood and Deathstroke, instead we're getting Fortnite Joker, Mrs. Freeze, Deadshot's daughter, like seriously, who TF asked for her, she's not even a superhero or supervillain in the comics. Man, all I can say is that they deserve to fail if this is their plan.

They should’ve used DCAU actors for the Justice League, Brainiac, Lex Luthor, Rick Flag and Amanda Waller in an established universe with Kevin Conroy and Mark Hamill as Batman and the Joker. Not to mention we had Robert Costanzo as Harvey Bullock.

The game’s story is good though. You can tell that it’s made by the same developer as the Arkham games. The cutscenes are of a similar quality.

I'll rephrase that. Realesed by the studio. But the people that were in the company are long gone, so those the love and passion for arkham. What's left is WB, Rocksteady, who don't care about their customers, just the money.

Supposedly we got an apocalyptic Gotham with Damian Wayne in charge with the rest of the bat family. But instead, we got these. There were huge leaks back in the day, you can still find those online, with the art still available. Would have been a great sequel to arkham knight and a proper legacy end for arkham. So much opportunity, just thrown out by greedy companies.

And it's the games that shaped the entire superhero games. In fact, if it wasn't for the arkhamverse, insomniac spiderman wouldn't have existed

That's what happens when you design a comic-book game as a third-person shooter, you can't use characters with distinct powers because your core gameplay is based around guns.
