Suicide Squad Kill The Justice League Superman Boss Fight (2024) 

First there was Superman 64, then him being evil in the Injustice games and now this. Really wish Superman would actually be done right in a video game for once.

It's like the developers ran out of time and budget when developing this fight. This is supposed to be the big final boss of the Justice League and it felt so uninspired in design. You just swing and shoot him.

Rocksteady went from designing Arkham combat. One of the most easy to pick up and play combat systems ever that has been copied a million times over…to this. You get a shooting character. A shooting character. A shooting character, and another shooting character. And in the fight you shoot the enemy, you shoot the enemy, you shoot the enemy, and you shooting the enemy.

How do you make a superman boss fight lame?

I know the game is called Killing the JL , but I and most people are not upset by their death, but rather by the humiliating way in which they were killed without respect or scenes befitting their names. Batman dies without a fight honoring his name and he received a silly dialogue from Harley while he was weak, surrendered and the Batman we know would fight until his last breath and die with pride , flash. The fastest man alive was hit by bullets and beaten in a humiliating way, and Boomerang was going to urinate on him. Green Lantern had a short fight and then fell to sleep on the ground and listened to Deathshot's taunts. Superman gets showered with bullets and goes down like nothing، Even though Wonder Woman fought him with her great power and kryptonite and lost, these clowns defeated him and end the glory of the JL like that 😐😐😐

I truly hate that they introduced the Justice League of the Arkhamverse in the same game they're being killed off in. I wish we got a game before this so you could actually have time with them and care about them, but here they're just another boss fight.

The Superman boss seems ok? Like it’s a little better than a majority of the boss fights in the game but damn. it’s kinda hard to believe they were able to bring him down given how much of a tank Superman especially in terms of power.

this game should have been the video game of the boys so I wouldn't feel bad killing supers...

Gameplay looks like a mess and a joke, some voice acting lines feels like an A.I performed Rocksteady aint the same anymore.

The respectful and stupid way in which the world's greatest heroes are killed in this game demonstrates the developers' lack of understanding of what these characters really mean to everyone. The jokes that are made after each death, the lack of logic in the situations, couldn't they make for a better development of circumstances? I think the concept of this game was only made to be controversial and for everyone to give it more importance than it deserves.

If only they spent all of those years making a new Batman game.

I really liked this boss fight. I think it's 2nd best out of the 5 boss fights.

Even with gold kryptonite, the way this fight is layed out, Superman would just kill all of them in one swoop, like in 2 seconds, or blast them all with heat vision, or freeze breath. This fight makes absolutely no sense

This fight might have been better if they didn't dumb-down Superman so damn much... Even if he's under Brianiac's influence I wouldn't expect him to start doing typical villain monologuing while making himself an easy target. I know it's not easy to write a convincing boss fight for a character as OP as Superman, but they least they could have done was not make him this stupid.

You know what would of made this really impactful? If they made games for lantern, wonder woman and superman as their own solo game like the batman series, and then having to take em down, with us having struggled in their games and now seeing them brainwashed and having to take em down. That would of been so good atleast

He hammers the male villains, but goes easy on the females, most notoriously with Catwoman. He even has a son with the daughter of Ras Al Ghul! It makes sense an unpredictable lunatic like Harley would get him in the end, not just this warped, evil version.
