that first frame in the sneak peek is at the end or during the ult move. The video started recording then the recorder set the animation to the beginning. I’m thinking the shockwaves at the beginning of the move carry the opponent to the rock and at anytime before the cutscene the opponent can ragdoll escape like tatsumaki’s terrible tornado move

From the footage, I have a little theory, because the enemy is far away and stunned in the footage, I think the move will have a startup part like the 20-20-20 dropkick, or just a long push (probably caused by a punch or a kick) like tableflip or serious punch startup.
start with sui first. su=soo ui=wi to say “soowi”, connect the “su” and the “i” and pronounce it fast, will sound like “sue-e” now for “ryu” ry:ree yu:you to say “reeyou”, connect the e and the u, like you’re pronouncing “ew”, and say “re-ew” and you got “ryu.” For the whole thing. You got like four syllables. Say it very fast. Try not to stutter saying it. Your tongue will go to the back of your mouth and to the front again at the r. you can’t forget the r. because everything is so fast and hard, (especially the ryu) it really needs some practicing.
Tsb's some characters moves are at ult but much stronger like blitz shot genos 3 move and at ult it's ALMOST same like saitama's first move normal punch it's almost the same as death counter but an counter move maybe suiryu's first ult move is the move that you showed or other people showed bullet barage kicks rapidly but at ult move it might be the one that pins them to wall and rapidly punchs or kicks (its my theory i don't know if people think the same with me)
Theory: If this is a third move when tatsumaki got her 3rd move it was a cutscene move And When Tatsumaki 3rd Move begins It doesn't start the cutsence right Away and When The Dummy gets kicked through the wall It Shows you that The Dummy getting kicked through through the wall Im thinking that this 3rd move might be a cutscene move
by looking at these moves it looks like suriyu (that's how i say it) will have 2 moves that wuill act like the 3rd ult move from tastumake since it's a hit and then a cutscene but before it u would probably.. maybe? be able to get out of the move by evasive.
Cbrah you could've proved that there would be three ult moves cuz the owner literally said that the move that we got a sneak peek of was the 3rd awk move right underneath the video (and btw suiryu is pretty much spelled swe-ree-you)

The move prob has to get triggered from the looks of it, when u basically do the ground tremoring kick it sends off shockwaves which when during close range, if it hits a target it sends them off flying mid air just like how its shown here and finishes them but when the shockwaves dont hit anything its basically a useless move so u gotta stun the enemy or time it right for it to hit. The devs be cooking sumthin tho ....
Bro, you should try lock on. I was an absolute noob at the game but then when I tried lock on with martial artist because I bought early access I was tearing up public servers. I got a 20 kill streak and then some other guy just came in while I was fighting somebody else cause I was low and then killed me, but you should really try lock on it’s crazy
I feel like the move is ranged. based on how far the player is, the move will go as far as it showed (possible max length in video) and each particle of that effect on the ground was prob the hitbox of ranged. idk
Santino, pls make the 3rd move different and make it the 4th move then the 3rd move should be Suiryu charging up leg then when he put's it down half of the map just goes up or something like in the anime, so basically Omni-Directional Serious Punch But Half of the map breaks or something
So here’s what the movie is like so first you have to hit your opponent with it and then you run back there and stomp on the ground then do that moves thing and then it starts with a cut scene then

im thinking if suiyuru will come out next weekend because its the third one hopefully it does because if thats the 3rd to final move why not make the a last move tbh (as we speak it is 6:52pm ik this because im from philipines and santino is too so dont say anything to me that im gessing, im not)
