She literally predicted all of our feelings. When they introduced the next singing group, I instantly felt sad that Sui-chan is not here with Shiraken today. But 2 minutes later, Sui-chan appeared on stage and the whole stadium went crazy, people were yelling and cheering her name.

I'm glad that Suisei has the awareness to acknowledge that she gets special treatment, and with her consideration of the pros and cons of her surprise appearance shows how thoroughly she thinks these things through.

Sui-chan appearing with the rest of Shiraken blew my socks off just as I was thinking it was sad she'd been left out of their song together! It was such an amazing and emotional moment for me and all other hoshiyomi...something that I'll remember for quite some time that's for sure lol.

When that moment happened, I inadvertently shouted so loud I woke up the house in the middle of the night. And I was watching with headphones on.

So in short, all the stars were perfectly aligned in order for Sui’s request to be fulfilled xD Honestly it was such a great outcome since it definitely made the Shiraken performance THAT much more hype lol

So glad that shiraken works well we do not really have enough of cross gen units.

Enjoying the surprise aside, I can't help but be worried for Suichan with her axe-dozing tendencies as the backlash would be quite unpredictable. But seeing Suichan putting in so much thought and weighed out the options, as a fan we just have to dish out those axes like our oshi if needed🪓🪓🪓

Suichan already was planned to appear in Holo*27 and Day 2 stage. And she is gonna celebrate her 5th year anniversary concert too so she has lots of work. But nope, hearing Shiraken is gonna perform without her so she wanna join Day 1 performance too Such a hard-working performer that is Suichan ☄

I can just imagine Suisei hiding an axe behind her back in case management hesitated, but decided to throw it away when management said “that’s doable.”

Cover had experienced Sui's stubborn demands and it's basically Tuesday for them so they would say yes to said demands. The best part? It's usually because what Sui demanded always work. Also, I love Sui's insight on the possibilites of people complaining that she made a surprise appearance on Day 1. Some Hoshiyomis would find it unfair since they would've only bought Day 2 and Holo27 concert ticketsand felt like they got cheated on, other fanbases like Council fans might complain that Mumei wasn't able to do the same and join the rest of Council for example. But Sui understood that no matter how many those complaints will be, it will be the extreme minority compared to the people who just got hyped from it

TBH the moment suisei appear i was really hype and forget that she's suppose to be in 2nd days. and after the 2nd stage when i re-watch it's still hype me up when suisei appear in shiraken-unit

Later when interviewed, the OOO-san, the staff said "Every fiber of my being told me to agree to her request so I wouldn't dare to turn her down"

Honestly when watching the live and seeing shiraken without suisei, it felt like it was empty until suisei finally appeared... Then it was poggers

Some might call it special treatment but she earned it for sure. All of her liveshows and projects have been a huge success and management surely loves that. She gives and she gets back whats worth.

Suisei played me like a fiddle. She is the first idol to bring me to tears of joy. 😭 First time was, when I saw her performing "Next Color Planet" on the 2nd Fest Beyond the Stage. Second time was, when Startend appeared at Towas 3D B-day concert with "Stellar Stellar. And now the Third time at Holo 4th fest as a surprise guest for the Shiraken Performance with the song "Gunjou Sanka". Live is just a blessing as a Hoshiyomi 😊

Should they ever doubt Sui chan's decisions anymore? She's beyond a diamond. Everything she has done is absolute gold.

And from how the crowd reacted, I'd say it was a pretty damn good idea. It was one of the biggest highlights from Stage 1 for me, and probably a lot of people

Late comment... but somehow I think the management purposely left out 1 performer space in Day 1 EXACTLY because they knew Suichan would ask for it when she sees Shiraken perfoming together without her. Since even her mane-chan give the okay right away means that it's already within her expectation and they're already prepared for it. In the end, everyone's happy.

Sui-oji missed the chance to have ramen with Aqua because of this Shiraken performance. That's a pretty hefty price there.

The fact Suisei was "calming" holding her axe while asking had nothing to do with management's decision. Jk ofc. Tho I'm sure they knew if she didn't get her surprise appearance on stage, she'd be making some surprise appearances at their residences.

Reminds me of a skit I watched where a customer wants to return a defective product and was surprised that the guy on store accepted the return without issue, and the customer was disappointed because they were actually prepared to argue about it if it was denied.

when you fully prepared counters for an argument but the opposite side agreed right at the beginning, a good waste of effort.

*puts on conspiracy theory hat* The reason why management set up the "Shiraken without Suisei" group and also instantly agreed to the request is because they wanted both a Shiraken and Startend performance, but couldn't just book Suisei as the only one to show up on both days, so they left it to the talent to propose it as a request.

There is a lot jealous fanbases saying that Suisei is getting a lot of unfair special treatments (i.e 3rd solo live, special guest for Day 1, a lot of ads for her albums and lives, higher budget music, etc.). Is she getting special treatments? Yes, definitely. Is it unfair though? It's only unfair when 2 equal people get different treatments. But Suisei is without a doubt way ahead of any other member in terms of music BY A LONG SHOT (THE FIRST TAKE performer, 1st in Oricon charts, 200 millions+ views on music videos, recognized by many pros in the music industry, etc.). So it is NOT unfair that Cover puts her on a pedestal (when music is involved) and Cover would be crazy not to abuse Suisei while she's hot in the market.

Reminds me of how Suisei requested for a long break back in 2020. I think it went pretty much the same way lol. I did see some complaints, saying Suisei was given preferential treatment, but it was just one comment. So I think it's safe to say that most people liked the surprise.

Am I missing something here? She's part of Shiraken, so I don't know why they didn't think to at least ask her in the first place. Joining in one extra thing even if its not the day you're supposed to perform on shouldn't be that big of a deal, especially considering this.
