What is the appeal of the show? I never understood why the show is so embraced. It basically props up a bunch of life sucking leeches as some kind of beacons of inspiration. People like this honestly are indicative of why human society fails. But I think television shows like this illustrate how collective society leans more towards a cynical and nihilistic as well as selfish viewpoint a “I got mine so fuck” approach to life.
