What Forstman admitted to Harvey isn’t a crime though? He said Sutter told him that Harvey colluded to screw him over, and he then reported that. That’s legal

Problem is that if you're already getting your finances checked. A random 50k going to some offshore account anytime after being in prison is gonna be sussed out.
