Ingredients
1.5 kg suji
750 gm ghee
1 kg jaggery/gur
Half kg sugar
One cup of milk
Cardomom
Recipe
Strain and soak suji in water
Add ghee in pot and let it melt
Add cardomom
Add jaggery and sugar
Let it melt on medium flame
Keep stirring it
When it melts completely,turn the flame low
When it changes its color to dark brown add turn the flame very low and add caramalized sugar into cold water
If it get crispy quickly its fully cooked
Add soaked suji in ghee by removing extra water and start stirring continiously
Mix it well
Now add one cup of milk and mix it well
Now let it rest for 3 minutes on medium to low flame
Now again stir it for couple minutes
Rest it again of 3 minutes
Again stir it for couple minutes
Now rest it again by covering it for 3 minutes
Remove the lid and stir it again
When it starts leaving oil from the surface it is fully cooked
Turn the flame off and serve it
Enjoy it with tea.
