Recipe:-
Take a Pan. Add 1 cup of Oil, Saunf 1 tsp, 1 tbsp Gram Flour (Besan).
Cook on low heat. Don't let the basin burn.
Add 1 Cup of Semolina and mix well. Cook it until its rawness is gone and the sweet scent begins to come out of it.
Now add one cup of sugar and dissolve it fully.
Add 3 Cups of water to make it creamy and softy.
Now finally add 1 tbsp of Desi Ghee. It will smell very good.
Halwa is ready. Make it on Eid or Festives for your loved ones. This is so delicious, creamy and flavorful. The SMELL is so gooooodd.
