Let us not forget that couple of years ago,Simarjit bains alongside his friends(Kamaljit Karwal and others) went to a tehsildaar's office in ludhiana and beat him ruthlessly after dragging him out and undressing him except his underwear. Tehsildaar's crime was that he refused to do some illegal work for bains's supporters. that criminal case is still ongoing . bains brothers started their career in Shiromni akaali dal (Mann).At that time, they were speaking against Badals and akaali dal badal. Once they established themselves in that party and became heavyweights, they jumped into badal akkali dal... when simarjit bains was in jail(before getting bail) for beating that tehsildaar, sukhbir badal went to ludhiana jail personally to check if bains is being treated nicely. Simarjit bains was election agent for harsimrat badal for her MP election..they asked for MLA Tickets for both brothers, but badal was only offering one as balwinder bains was already member of shiromni gurdwara prabandhak committee . then they left badals. bains brothers know how to stay in news. they know every publicity is good publicity.

I think Mr Khaira should not use such language towards anyone, regardless of troubles he is going through right now. A man's class is only shown when he is going through rough times. In good times, all of us can be decent and polite, but one's true class and statesmanship is only shown when he is experiencing tough situation. He should face these allegations with courage and strength. My personal belief is that instead of making political rivals, Mr. Khaira has made lot of personal enemies in recent years by attacking ruthlessly everyone around him. He is facing backlash Even in his own party(AAP) at the moment as some of the other MLAs are looking to grab his position(leader of oppositon in assembly, a cabinet minister rank). This is reality of politics.We should not forget that Mr Khaira was a highly placed leader of congress party in recent years. Back then, he was praising captain. Couple of months ago while being in AAP, he praised Captain Amrinder singh while attending captain's mother's funeral. Next day, he changed his tone completely. In this innings of his chief ministership, Captain Amrinder Singh is working towards goodwill of Punjab rather than getting into personal vendetta. He tried revenge against Badals in his last innings as chief minister(2002 onward ), but it did not work. I know people sitting in foreign countries feel for punjab, but that does not mean that only the political party you support is the best. If you want to do something for betterment of Punjab, go and live there, be part of the system and then you can try to change it. Sitting in your comfortable houses in a first world country is not going to do anything good for Punjab. It is very easy to type few abusive words against someone in the comment section. I know I am going to get some very nasty responses but so be it.
