This episode shows that Sukuna is really above everyone else both in terms of power and mindset. It's important to note that he still has respect for Gojo to an extend tho, Sukuna is big on acknowledging strength

I'm slowly coming to the conclusion that the people complaining about the animation aren't serious because every week I see nothing but peak and everyone loves it

It's not so often that we see the men in families taking the woman's last name either (Toji taking his wife's last name- Fushiguro), and I think it's just SOO well done

This is the episode that made me and many others become sukuna fans Sukuna is evil He is ruthless and will humiliate you but he teaches his opponents and respects them after a fight Top tier villian He is such an amazing character This fight also showed how powerful Jogo is, despite sukuna throwing him around,we see how powerful his attacks are especially meteor

The wavering voice after holding back your tears is the part where I couldn’t hold mine but realised that next thursday’s gonna be even worse. Jogo is one of the strongest even compared to Sukuna era. F for Jogo.

The thing I love about Shibuya incident is that it is a marathon. It just keeps building, and building, and building. You don't get to breathe until the entire thing is over. You can't structure every arc like that obviously, that would be exhausting, but having that as the main turning point of the story is brilliant. Comparatively most arcs have short sprint here and there, it's more like intervals, which is fine as well. But when you break that up it's less repetative and gives more nuance and unpredictability to the narrative structure and events. I'm also very happy that not all arcs in JJK is structured like this, it's good because of the contrast to other arcs (just to be clear it's a reason, not the only reason, and obviously just my humble opinion).

THIS IS WHY I LOVE SUKANA SO MUCH AS MY FAVOURITE JJK CHARACTER, THIS EPISODE WAS PURE CINEMA WITH TWO TRUE GOATS WITH TOJI AS WELL. THIS TRULY GETS ME EXCITED FOR WHEN CHAINSAW MAN FUTURE ARCS GET ANIMATED!!!

having read the manga, the adaptation was poetry at it's peak, the cinematic scence, the saturation of colours, the dialogue and aesthetics. the animators deserve all the praise and recognition, we are truly blessed that we have such talented people💯🙌🏽🔥

Once again JJK hits us with some amazing cinematography. The angles of the shots especially when Sukuna was laughing and when Jogo did the meteor attack were phenomenal. My ONLY gripe is the animation detail could have been better on some closeups. I understand they are moving FAST AF (especially Sukuna cuz Jogo couldn't even react most of the time) in their fight because they are both god tier special grade curses, plus it is night time and they are using bright light flashes with the fire and explosions so they have to be wary of causing seizures for viewers so they have to tone the detail/brightness down, but I still don't think they were able to put in the detail they wanted given the time constraints and the work load on the animators with all the other anime they are working/worked on. Still a phenomenal episode for its content. I wonder what Sukuna said before saying "open"? Since he is a genius and curse using god I imagine he knows enough about curse manipulation to create other "substances" fire being the one here.
