Deryck looks really good!!! I'm so glad he made a comeback. I remember when these guys got popular; ultimate sports and dirtbiking were popular. It was middle school for me, and a really memorable era in general. Those years from 1999-2002 remind me of one long summer: swimming pools, extreme sports, go-karts, the beginning of the GBA and PS2, and I was still young enough to hang out with friends frequently(being in charter school helped a lot, too).

I was not expecting them to sound this good when I clicked on this video. They're back with a vengeance and I love it. Pure nostalgia for me.

This is one of those "Im young and never gonna get old!" songs bands still play when their in their 40s lol

This band's sound has aged well. Can't say the same for a lot of pop punk bands from early 2000's. New Found Glory is another band that still sounds as good as ever.

Dave really is one of the better guitar players to come out of that whole sub genre. He might even be the best.

God damn these guys still rock as well as they did back in the day. Honestly, the two most recent albums are some of my absolute favorites from their discography.

Literally gives me goosbumps hearing this song. I miss seeing them live. I would do anything to see them at a bigger venue than I have previously tho.

I saw Sum 41 last year in Moose Jaw, SK. They honestly put on one of the best shows I've ever seen in my life. From their interaction with the crowd, their stage presence, to just looking like they were having the time of their lives up on stage as they sang to everyone. It was honestly an experience I'll never forget!

My older brothers always listened to Sum 41 so I grew up with this kind of music. And I'm absolutely loving it.

Yooo I was there! Derrick picked me from the audience to go backstage! It was fuckin sick! I got their set list and some guitar picks. Warped 25 was such a magical experience!

Dude I remember the lead guy coming out of the pool and doing his solo, that made me want to play guitar it's so cool back in the day where I'm just a little boy playing backyard monsters listening to sum41, simple plan etc. I miss those days

Nothing makes me happier than the fact that deryk still plays that maruader... I fell in love with it as a kid and it was the beginning to my path of oddball guitars.

Epic performance 👏 😎 👌 This absolute BANGER of tune never grows old. For me this became possibly the ultimate Pop-Punk anthem and in a way came to define that era.

I actually love the heavier intro. It hits hard, whereas the recorderd version is a slower build.

Why have I only discovered this amazing band after all these years?

I walked over to the half pipe after watching Teenage Bottlerocket and realized Sum-41 was playing a string of their hits. I knew every song and was watching skate and BMX legends having fun like it was the turn of the century all over again!
