Preceding the release of his debut album "Oh Sweet Cafe Racer" Sumbuck (Taylor Meier) joined us at our small venue in Columbus, OH for an hour livestream. He played some unreleased tracks in addition to most of the songs found on his new album. This clip of his tune "Heartbreak Swing" didn't make it to the stream but is dubbed a favorite by fans.
His new album is out on streaming platforms everywhere and has vinyl available for order. Songs from the album highlight the wordplay and writing finesse that fans of his other band, CAAMP, have come to love. Liz Fisher of The Cordial Sins & BABS accompanies him on violin and back-up vocals.
During the COVID-19 pandemic we have shifted our focus as a small, local music venue in Columbus, OH to create safe gigs that we can pay musicians to play on our stage. We do this by curating a professional quality livestream - so that bands can play to an infinitely large audience online. But in person -- only to our physically distanced streaming team.
