The funny thing is, Ei does know and remember. The only problem was, that Ei didn't know Wanderer left the Domain he was left in. Why does her voiceline about the Wanderer is gone after that Archon Quest, the reason behind it was the fact that in history where they change it, Wanderer specifically made it appear that he never met the humans he met, he never left the Domain when he actually did just didnt stick around in Inazuma. IF Ei dose meet Wanderer she'll be able to recognize her own creation. As for the interaction I doubt there will be anything meaninful considering that on her previous voiceline she seem to be understanding that shes letting him live how he sees it.
If you haven't been to Sumeru yet, when you ask Ei about Kunikuzushi, Ei says, "I set him free because I feel like I'm controlling him." So Ei didn't abandon him, she gave him freedom but Scara got it wrong
This reminds me of some Canon Lore.. Raiden made scara to see if he could handle the gnosis.. but he couldn't, Raiden doesn't want to destroy him so she set him free. She cared about him and, *Notice some ornament in scara it's from Raiden itself?* ( I'm sorry if there's a mistake
I think Scara blushing when he thought Kazuha to be interesting would be KazuScara. Since he didn't, I wouldn't count it as KazuScara, since Wanderer pretty much reacted like that in the game.
@@imnotfyniex yes, but in the quest scaramoche did it and existence about him was deleted from iriminsul which made everyone not even raiden remember him except traveler and nahida.

No, basically people ship it because of the wholesome bond and the voice line of wanderer to Kazuha like he sound to plan a meet up, Scara became a Friend of Kazuha's ancestor. It's fanon (Please tell the mistake)
