Summarizing Data using SQL in SAS | Data tutorial | PROC SQL 

In this Green Numbers data tutorial I show you how to use SQL to summarize data. SQL is really useful. It’s my go-to tool for descriptive statistics, aggregating data, and performing calculations. You can use proc means, proc univariate, proc tabulate, and proc report to do the same kinds of things, but none combine the versatility and simplicity that SQL does.
