Serious question. What would you reckon would be the perfect regime on 15min sessions per week? I’m doing 1 day rest per week but looking to increase to shift a bit of timber now as my arms and shoulders are getting bigger but nowt else currently.
If you haven't seen them yet also check out Grant's 12 minute staple exercises - - (youtube search "zeus staple" will find them). They target specific groups, I alternate 2-3 each day so I can give all muscle groups a one day rest while still getting in a daily workout.
