Never knew the desert had mosquitos! I grew up in the So Cal desert and we didn’t have them there, only in the mountains. We moved here Saturday evening and I have 9 mosquito bites already.
Good show. I am not paying buyer's agent anything. Buyer's will have to foot that bill, or I will wait for a buyer to come directly from my agent. Silly to not take advantage of the new laws after home owners have been screwed over for all these years.
Prices are "high" because inflation is high. The money supply is following real estate almost 1 to 1. Those waiting for a "crash" are in for a big surprise.
