You are so right, it is often better to keep going forward than trying to reverse out of a situation. Well done on cleaning up the rubbish, ye shouldn't have to clean up after others, but sadly that is the reality of the world we live in. Some people just don't respect the beauty of the world around them, but ye are raising your family to respect the environment and leading by example. Great video as usual :)

Thanks! For this trip we used wikiloc to help find some tracks or some friends shared what they had. Then, depending on what's the most convienient we either follow it on our smartphone or GPS.

Always disappointing all the trash we can find along the way and it's a problem in most countries. We mostly had tick problems in Switzerland and never when traveling but always good to check bodies. There's a vaccine for the "encéphalite à tique" but not for the "borreliose de Lyme".
