It’s nice to finally see something fun coming out. We need more of these types of movies to give us a little relief from all the problems in the world.
Filmed in my hometown of Hendersonville, NC. I got to meet Josh Peck. One of my friends is an extra and several people i know saw them all over town and had only good things to say about all of them
@@adriannefeatherstone1829 the same one that HeavyWeights and the new Dirty Dancing were filmed at. It used to be Camp Ton A Wanda it may still be the same name
@@beckykueng3017 my friend's mother works at the hotel that they all stayed at, and she said they were all nice to the staff there, she said Josh Peck was especially nice, my friend and her mom were standing outside the hotel and Josh was jogging and stopped to say hi and talk a bit with them
Man I can’t believe I rang her up at my cvs the customer behind told me “that’s diane Keaton” me being sleep deprived it took a moment to register but she was really really nice thanks Diane
They keep making these "old lady" movies with great actresses and while I appreciate the representation, they're usually so corny and just godawful. The bright side: at least these ladies are still getting work!
So these ladies in real life are in their mid to late seventies and summer camp was 40 years ago....the math is way off. Diane's in a blazer and turtleneck.. really? Give me a break.
Yes, I'm going to be the one. There are clearly THREE lead actresses in this movie and ONLY TWO WHITE ONES are mentioned in the title AND description of this trailer. Seriously? Was Alfre Woodard just a literal token in the movie so no one could blast the production and casting? Come on now. Do better.
Compared to all the predictable garbage that's released, this is a breath of fresh air. Everything is a Marvel movie, remake, reboot, requel or flat out regurgitation so I welcome this "old people reclaiming their youth" type of movie even if it's predictable at least it looks fun and has a lot of my favorite actors and actresses.
Maybe they want to do dumb, from what I've seen none of them need the money and all the women have done some pretty heavy shit in their over 40 year career, maybe they want do light silly stuff and get paid to have good time, you know like when Adam Sandler does comedy. And this seem right up Levy's alley honestly and he has never been the romantic lead.
Do you see any comedies being made now? Young people aren't funny. The people in this cast were the people making both comedies and dramas 30 to 40 years ago and they are still successful doing both. I can't wait to see Beverly D'Angelo! Goddess!
Astonishing news...I am the WAY, the TRUTH, and the LIFE (JESUS). No one comes to the Father (GOD) except through Me. John 14:6 Are you afraid of dying? Jesus died for you. Believe and repent today!
The sadness of seeing these talented ladies with their newly purchased teeth and faces, in this kind of frivolity is disheartening. They should take cues from Jodi Foster, Diane Lane, Lora Linney, and Annette Benning, proving that you don’t have to have a new face and get important, challenging roles. I know it’s difficult in Hollywood to age naturally, and the pressures must be immeasurable, but women have to make a statement that wisdom and vision are what are relevant about aging.
Actresses should be able to get surgery if they want to. It isn't their responsibility to make any kind of statement about aging gracefully. It is their job to act, not to adhere to your standards of aging.
Everyone gets to make those decisions for themselves, but I see nothing here but talented, hardworking actors who looks beautifully like themselves. They can make any movie they want, and this looks fun. Nothing remotely sad here.
