I am 100% sure HR would call you in if you showed up to work wearing the first clothing piece: the white blazer with the shorts/skirt outfit. In no way shape or form is that outfit work appropriate as she stated. There is nothing wrong with the blazer, but teamed with the shorts/skirt (they are the same length, and upon first glance if you were looking at her from behind, it would appear that she has nothing on underneath). People need work ethics that need to be adhered to from all angles. That's what builds a strong moral compass.
Can you listen a bit? Watch it back. She's saying that the BLAZER is appropriate for the office not that outfit. 🙄 The other shot is showing versatile that you can wear it as a casual summer outfit as well. She always shows how you can pair a piece in different ways. You just want to vent to vent but listen too. Sheesh!
