I love how realistic this vlog was. When I'm at practice its like 70% practice, and the rest is shit talking, laying on the floor, and complaining about whatever hurts followed by laying on the floor. Good video!
I was thinking "dang these kids sure aren't very grateful of their privileges" given the smack talk and complaining rather than being constructive, but I guess that's a universal young-gymnast-from-wealthy-household thing 🥲
My brother was an elite level gymnast for about 10 years and went on to receive a full scholarship at the university of Minnesota. This really brings back memories of hanging out at the gym like 6 days a week (sigh, those were the days)….what a great video and good luck this coming season💪🏽😃🤙🏽
My sister was a competitive figure skater, and I've been exposed to high level swimmers, I understand your regimen, and commitment. Just know that people like me look up to you as your conviction to your sport is just outstanding. And my dear you are far from ugly, you are adorable, keep up the hard work, it pays off.
@@frvrmelon6842that’s if you’re talking academics. She’s on the gymnastics team, which is very prestigious and almost always have olympians on their roster.
Girly I’m a level 7 gymnast and I need that tutorial for that bun it’s so cute everytime I make a bun whenever I start doing even warmups it comes out 😭-
I heard AJR’s “I’m Ready” playing in the background around 7:57 and it gave me whiplash bro I haven’t heard that song in YEARSSSS 💀💀 But this is so relatable as someone who used to do gymnastics, especially the falling out of skills, trash talking, and lying/standing around instead of actually practicing 😂 great work and you’re gonna do great in the future!!!!
I know you get this a lot but bent knees are like your only consistent problem on beam and sometimes feet but your vault drills are stunning and so were your beam dismounts otherwise you’d be perfect and no one’s perfect
Thanks for giving a small insight into your daily routine as an elite level gymnast. Although I didn't get your stomach thing and that you were gonna vomit, I have a lot of respect for what you do and how you put yourself out there.
heyyyy! i used to be a level 5 gymnast, but i stopped enjoying doing it about a month ago, so i stopped. i'm going back now, can anyone give me conditioning tips (like the stuff you do at ur gym for conditioning) to get back into shape? thanks!
Not only are you one hell of an awesome gymnast but you are so gorgeous to boot. when you are doing your thing in that gym, those other girls are staring and wishing they were as good as you and as beautiful as you.
I also live in Massachusetts where to you go for gymnastics I live near six flags your so amazing and very inspiring to me and my group of friends we are at a sleepover and are watching you❤😍😘
omg your amazing- i really wish i was in a level in gymnastics. i should be in like level 4 but the reason im not.. well.. we can blame beam for that one😭
My biggest dream is to make it to college gymnastics, but unfortunately I didn’t take it seriously until about a year ago. I am recently 13, ending my second season of xcel gold. Is it a realistic goal to try and make it to college?
I like this video it was pretty cool, I wish I had done something like this when I was playing baseball. Then again, you’re darn brave for it in any case-most people would be fumbling over themselves. Is this the latest video? Now I have to keep up 😎lol
Your body follows cycles in your sleep. Alternating 45 minute cycles, so every 1.5 hrs is a complete cycle. It typically takes 20 minutes to enter true sleep and another 20 to wake from it. So if you sleep for 8 hours and ten minutes you have had 5 1.5 hour cycles making an entire 7.5 hours of actual sleep. Longer than that you would need 9 hours and forty minutes. if you wake in between you will feel tired, out of sorts even though you have had a good amount of sleep. Plan your sleep so it fits 1.5 hour cycles plus 40 minutes and even when you have had less than an optimal amount of sleep you will still feel good. Congrats on the self discipline.
Maybe get your iron levels checked, as that too low can cause fatigue. Assuming you are eating and sleeping adequately of course. Very nice lines on bars.
