at that age most toddler don't eat a lot they like to drink more just give her what she wants also remember that they still babies their intestines r still small don't worry you're good to go Mal is healthy and good u I'll see the changes as soon as she make those transition go on with your daily routine and enjoy her it's a joy to see her beautiful face again .🌟🙏😚

Also on the finances part, would you say you were doing better in the UK than the US? If so, would you consider going back if it would give some financial relief? Kids can be very interesting. Sometimes you need to force them else they won’t eat at all. That’s the responsibility of the parents to push the kids to do what’s right for them, as they obviously don’t know what they’re doing 😅.
Maybe soft foods avocado, white mash, cut and sweet potatoes, carrots, eggs, rice and couscous. Cut green beans, cut asparagus, beans and peas. Grilled chicken and turkey. Banana and apple sauce, yogurt, cheerios, cut real cheeses
Focus more on feeding her the foods that she likes instead of what's being prepared for the family so that she gets enough until she's older. Eggs, nut butters, dry cereal, fruits that she likes only, green beans and veggies that she likes, small amounts of soft proteins, sweet potatoes, pasta or rice is ok. Instead of always bagels, give toast with preservatives and eggs for breakfast. Sometimes chicken nuggets and fries for lunch or PBJ sandwiches, chicken with pasta Alfredo sauce or spaghetti and groundbeef with pasta sauce would be a great way to switch it up for a picky eater. Her own little goodies need to be purchased separately

Babies normally eat what you give them but being independent (2) they know what they like. Example: pizza. My daughter would take off all the toppings and I would be frustrated. I then realized that she liked cheese pizza. She liked burgers 🍔 but NOT 🍟. She liked everything with ketchup. My daughter's grandma cooked her whatever she wanted, even if she already cooked dinner. My daughter grew out of it early when I stood firm on at least a few bites. I would say give her kid friendly good smoothies to keep veggies n fruits.

Yes, intermittent fasting is working for me health wise. It also has helped with slow weight loss since I am unable to exercise ( I have a back issue and severe problems with my knees). Good luck on your weight loss journey!!!!
Mayfair I have 3 children and with all of them I have it very difficult with them to eat, they were very picky eaters yet you wouldn't know. because they all were bulky and healthy babies like they're eating alot. Just ask Malaika what she would like to eat sometimes maybe she will eat it. ❤❤❤❤😊😊😊
It is alright that she is a picky eater at this age and stage of development, especially because you feed her healthy foods. She is getting enough to eat and will transition to additional foods as she ages. Just be mindful not to get into battles with her❤❤❤❤
I’d let her have what she wants for now , while you are having your meals with her she’d realize how much you and Winston are enjoying it 😊 try different meals,fruits and veggies, she’ll be fine , I don’t think she’ll starve herself ❤
Smoothies, with veggies; be sure she takes a multivitamin; keep offering her diverse foods with different textures and tastes. Kids go thru phases, you can guide them by remembering that you shop, cook and when they’re hungry they WILL eat…. You’re doing a great job! 👏🏾 👏🏾 👏🏾 👏🏾

I have that problem with the grandkids so I started asking them when they come over what would they like to eat for breakfast lunch dinner and it's going great for now
