Summer Falls - Billy Clapp Lake 

Summer Falls from Above. Check out this very cool waterfall at the north end of Billy Clapp Lake in Grant County, WA.
Summer Falls is a man-made waterfall, part of Columbia Basin (Irrigation) Project. Originally the falls was a cost effective solution for delivering water over the Scabland scarp in that spot, they just let it fall. A power plant was later added to capture most of the energy lost from the falls. The free falling water that remains today is still very impressive.
If you visit Summer Falls, please be very careful. The falls and the area around it are very dangerous.
