Summer Fashion Trends 2023! (what styles to wear this season) 

I think we see a lot of elements of quiet luxury in recent trending aesthetics. I think the coastal grandmother, scandi girl, clean girl, in French girl aesthetic all really pull from quiet luxury. I had never heard the term until this video but I definitely see pieces of it and all of these aesthetics.

I've worked in fashion and have learned in Fashion in college and I still think Delaney's fashion trend videos are so entertaining and so good, so on point and fun!!!!

Can’t wait to see a future look book type video for these!! I was def waiting for coastal cowboy/cowgirl (esp for us CA girlies) but I LOVE how so many of these aesthetics and trends kinda cover like, all bases.

I think the hooded look is the most intriguing...different new edgy and can be done in so many ways

Lol. I love a Bermuda short with a minimal strappy high heeled sandal. A strappy sandal makes them look less heavy and more dainty/ feminine

I always talk about the "healthy successful beach woman" on my social media channels and I had this realization that it is the combination of quiet luxury and mermaid core - it is hard to explain in words haha but you got me very inspired there!

I’m obsessed with the really frilly dresses that look like tentacles this summer, apart from the colours lilac and chartreuse and those midi denim skirts with the slit at the front. 🫶🏻

I am also 5’ 4”, but I don’t like the Bermuda short on anyone, lol. Probably because it reminds me of the doubt mom styles I grew up around in the 90s.

Quiet luxury is too damn quiet. It’s a whisper and it’s saying “boringgg”.

Love you and your videos.. just fyi crochet can only be handmade unlike knitted pieces that have machines for mass production. So if you’re buying crochet from fast fashion brands it’s being inhumanly produced. Buy crochet pieces from small businesses and make someone’s day!

If I find something hideous I won't be wearing it no matter how in fashion it is. This is how I feel on Bermuda shorts... just no.
