The fire element is the quintessential symbol of maximum yang, which means it is a time of intense heat, where we are naturally more extroverted, more inclined to be outdoors, to seek the outdoors, contact with our surroundings.
The energy of fire pushes outwards, both in the natural world and in our lives.
The element of fire is synonymous with summer, and in this video we discuss which foods, according to traditional Chinese medicine, are best suited for this season.
