Sun stick should only be used for touching up your sunscreen and not first application. It doesn’t give enough protection

Any dermatologist will tell you that a sunscreen stick doesn’t give enough protection at all! It can be good for re-application in a pinch but NEVER as your base sunscreen for the day.

Sunscreen stick by itself isn’t a good thing. Lab muffin beauty science did a video on this. You have to use a sunscreen lotion or a gel to get the SPF protection

You don't wanna spend time to blend regular sunscreen which takes like 2 min maximum..but to get enough protection from sunstick it takes several swipes and still there's no guarantee of getting spf 50...also there's a chance of missing spots. Stick sunscreens should be used for reapplication only.
