I love that tinted hydrator, so quick and easy to apply with my fingers. I don't bother with foundation now, I just use that. No messing about with brushes or sponges.

Excellent information! I always learn something. I probably use about 5 products on a daily basis-I’ve never used foundation in my life and am trying to stick to good skin care in order to go foundation-free . For a great multitasker I am using Coppertone glow and protect on my face for SPF, gradual tanner, and glow. Another great product for glow is Iconic set-glow spray for a cool refresh and facial hydrator (smells pretty too!)

LOVE the eyes and the entire look, so healthy and natural. The lipstick I was saying EWWWW when you showed the HORRIBLE shocking orange red lipstick. Then you put it on and I said WOW "What the heck ? that looks incredible on her ! Boom it totally completed the look to perfection. My mother was like you and would not leave the house with out lipstick and was always bugging me "to put some lipstick on". She said she felt naked with out it and I do not look "Finished" without fresh lipstick and just my boring gloss. She could wear it like you and knew which shade suited her best. Thank you I will try your eye shadow with my bronzer and highlighter and try to find a shade like you have who knows hopefully it will work for me. Thank so much
So fresh. I love this look! My summer look is just skincare and lipstick. So often I pack a couple eyeshadow palettes, blush shades and lipsticks so I have options. But in reality, I am usually outside and makeup is kind of wasted…except for lipstick. I Always wear lipstick. Speaking of which that red shade is perfect! The CT Bronze and Glow really works well on your eyes. I am going to have to try it instead of bringing eyeshadow palettes that never get used. Thanks for this simple approach, Tamara.

Even well into my fifties when I apply products that have a ‘glow’ I immediately think I look oily and powder to mattify. A mindset I’m trying to overcome, and you are definitely inspiring. I've been mixing Missha bb cream with some of my 'tan' shades of regular foundations. It's working out very well...glowy, healthy looking summer makeup. I always enjoy wear color on my lips. No beige lips for me! I need color :) I've been double blushing for a few years since I discovered how it extends my blush longer into the day.

I have family upstate in Altmar and one year we went to the State Fair and it was 100 degrees. It was miserable and I visited every animal that had a covered shed to get out of the sun and of course the building that had the butter sculpture because it was cold in there. Anyway, you look beautiful and I also love to travel with minis.
Thank you for your make-up recommendations. I tried the Wet n Wild bare focus tinted hydradrator and it is really nice. It made my skin look pretty and didn't settle into my fine lines!! Before this I was still wearing what you suggested last summer the L'oreal tinted serum which I also liked. Thank you!
I’m 57 and also preferring skin tints rather than foundations the older I get. I love the L’oreal tinted serum but have just ordered the Hourglass skin veil and the Wet and wild hydrator, opposite ends of the price spectrum!!
You look great, I’ve been using a 50t Roche p tinted sunscreen with a light dusting of nude by nature mineral powder. (Blush, eyebrows, lippy) Looks good & is quick & easy. I’ve been timing myself I’m still taking 15 minutes 😊hope to get it down to 10mins. Thanks❤
So very pretty! I love this natural look. The Wet N Wild is so pretty. I really have been liking Merit's foundation during the summer as I find it very light and natural. I LOVE the Merit blushes too! My favorite color is Stockholm. I have several colors and they are all beautiful. I do the same thing, I love to bring the minis of makeup with me when I travel too. The Hourglass and CT bronze and glow minis are beautiful. That lip color is so nice on you. I wish I could wear a red but I just find it doesn't look great on me. I already have a few, CT twin bronzer with lighter powder, Pixi peach corrector (covers my imperfections well!), Hour Glass finishing powder, all SPF selections of DMTGY. Thanks for demonstrating how you apply everything. That is so helpful. I want to try BK beauty lipstick, Merit blush and Naked Sunday SPF 50. I can use knowledge of mascara and brow products. I do love (for me) Jane Iredale brush on gel eye liner in onyx. It is so easy to glide on with it's attached tiny brush. Stays all day. I love your orange-red lipstick on you!! I'm glad you're having a great time with your cousins! Here in CA where I live I'm waiting the hot weather they are predicting to come. A few 82 degrees this year but mostly in the 70's. Beautiful though. I know in Phoenix it's very hot!. (my inlaws are here, ha).
I live in upstate NY, although that includes a large area, and hope you're enjoying summer here. My summer makeup can include Australian Gold tinted sunscreen, a little Physicians Formula butter glow powder and bronzer, Milani cream blush, or Clinique powder blush, brows, and neutral eyeshadow or eye crayon. One of my favorite lip glosses is Maybelline Lifter Gloss in Petal. Also love the eye brightener by Catrice. As always, you look lovely!!!!

I am loving the Alleyoop sunsational broad spectrum SPF 50 tinted mineral sunscreen with niacinamide. It comes in several tint colors and it is recommended by Penn Smith. It dries down fast with a soft glow. Love it! You look beautiful as always. Thank you for your informative content!❤
I love creams because I have dry skin but it's so hot here that it doesn't last. My go to summer items this summer have been mainly rms pixi, RMS madiera bronzer, Rms pomegranate fizz hydra powder blush, rrms uncoverup concealer, covergirl lashblast waterproof, pixi h20 skintint, urban decay naked honey and too faced sweet peach.
You look good whether you have make-up on or not! I have found the Wet-N-Wild hydrator tinted moisturizer is wonderful, sadly though due to my combo to oily skin it makes me break out, but I would totally use it if I could. I was amazed at how well it cancels out red/purple tones. I use the Milk lip/blush combo in "Werk" and also use ELF's halo setting powder. OH, if you haven't yet, try SuperGoop's Shimmershade eyeshadow, I have it in Golden Hour and Day Dream and use it for eyes and highlighting. (it is a gel/cream and has an SPF of 30 as well, so eyes are double protected after usual SPF application.) Love your videos and what you share with us 60+ women! ;)
Summer makeup: Bare Minerals face tint in Vanilla, Benefit or Milani powder blushes, Elf Halo Glow around outer eye orbit, upper cheeks, and bridge of nose. Loreal lightest bronzer. Shadows are rose nudes from Colourpop, Elf, Milani, or Urban Decay Naked Sin pallet. Loreal Voluminous mascara in burgundy. Lips in pinks from light nudes to bright and saturated, mostly drugstore brands. Concealer is usually a dab of a full coverage foundation. Urban Decay All Nighter setting spray is VITAL on a hot day out. Current sunscreen in Unseen by Super Goop. Love that lip color on you! Reminds me a bit of Revlon Fire and Ice.

My everyday summer makeup when have to go to the store is spf 50+, and on top of that tinted hybrid spf 30 or only tinted 😅 Full makeup is: is every similar to yours but I don't use highlighter bc I still don't know how to use it. So, Spf50+, then it depends on my mood and temperature I use tinted hybrid spf30 or bb cream, then mattifying loose powder, blush with a little bit of shimmer and line under the eyes. Sometimes I like to use primer or setting spray. I'm sill learing how to use eyeshadow. I have to find good waterproof mascara or regular one which survive heat and sweat. My eyelids are greasy or something so not all mascara can survive.

Hi Tamara, I love that lipstick on you. The second it went on you looked radiant or even more radiant. 1. Drmtlgy Universal Tinted Moisturizer 2. Eyes-the funnest (sic) little eye makeup duo from the Temu app (brand DMU Beauty) that consists of a beige and a tan with a literal thumb sized brush that I swipe on my lids twice-once with the light color on top and darker in middle and then turn it upside for a second swoop depositing the lighter color on the lid; brow with the Elf gel; quick swipe lashes with City Beauty Mascara; 3. Pat on Avene’s Haute Protection SPF50 tinted compact. Between the Universal Tinted Moisturizer and the Avene compact, there are multiple mineral UVB/UVA filters and other skincare treatments and I feel I’m getting good SPF but with a smooth foundation finish. I dab on a bit of Pixie cream blush stick. 5. Hourglass lipstick. And then I hope for the best because who the heck really knows if your mirror is really giving you the full picture. Ha! You gave me a good idea for the future though, like if I have 15 mins instead of 10-I love Hourglass Ambient lighting palates. I never thought of using them for basic eye makeup and now I will.
What a beautiful simple look with your lips popped . I love the bright lipstick on you , I’m glad you went outside your comfort zone from your usual rosewood colors . I use almost all the products you used . I love the CT HOLLYWOOD glow duo for the eyes and face . The nyx eyebrow pencil you borrowed from your relative is discontinued !! It is my favorite and goes in so smooth and soft also in taupe and I’m so upset . The micro skinny one by nyx is a close second though . I took advantage of city beauty’s sale and finally broke down and got the lip gloss and sleep oil ! Now I see what all the hoopla is about . I love any cream stick like Bobbi brown or even a blush stick that I can apply anywhere for a quick application .

Tamera, how long do you recommend letting sunscreen dry down before applying products on top? Varies depending on the products I know but do you have a rule of thumb? (like the amount of time the product recommends waiting before you go into the sun?)

I love a no makeup look and use 4 products, ellta MD Elements tinted sunscreen, Milani cream blush, Covergirl Clean Fresh tinted lip balm, and L'OREAL Telescopic Mascara (original). I don't even own eye shadow, pencil or liners, concealer or bronzer. Since I live in Florida that is my year round makeup routine.

Because I typically don’t wear lower lash mascara I don’t have trouble with raccoon eyes,. But my tips would be to use a tubing mascara on the lower lashes as they are more smudge proof. Also a setting powder on your lower lids might reduce transfer, smudging. Hope this helps!
Fabulous lipstick color on you! Have you tried Jones Road face pencil in Shade 06? You might like it better than your Pixie peach corrector! I can't say enough good things about Jones Road products, especially on mature skin.
Right?! I often overpack makeup as well...this time I think I almost under packed and find myself missing a few of my products but def have enough to get by. For instance, only one cream blush and one powder blush and I wish I had brought a couple more shades. I do have a couple of previous pack with me for vacation and will add them to the description box.

It is SO hot and humid here and the Naked Sunday really stays in place very nicely and doesn't melt and run into my eyes. Even so, typically 100% mineral SPFs are non stinging...I even apply it around my eyes and have not had any stinging what so ever. Hope this helps!
