Typical. A real estate agent will never say not to buy. They'll always justify a reason to "buy now" ...fix the rates later. Prices will never go down with this advice and it's all to benefit real estate agents.

This is complete nonsense. Most markets are reporting a huge increase in inventory and a reduction in prices. It's slow but it's happening. It better to wait a year and see what happens.

Rates will only go down once prices go down. Telling people to buy now and refinance later is irresponsible. You can't refinance when you are under water
