Congratulations on becoming an RN. That's actually what my original plan was to become but instructors that believe in and support me was a struggle. I got majorly sabotaged. There was a great slump of depression afterwards. So, I decided to move on to something else. Biochemistry. It's not going well.
I’m the same way of waking up super early! I always have been and no matter what I can’t sleep in ever. It’s a blessing and curse but have felt that no one our age could relate.
What I’m starting to do in the morning is wake up anywhere betweeen 8:45am to 9am and before I leave my bed I love to read in bed just to get my brain to wake up slowly.

This is how I started to enjoy baths 🛀 I take them the day after I wash my hair so I don't need to get my hair wet. I use a shower cap and take a quick rinse in the shower to scrub the dirt off my body. Then if it's warranted I sheave, etc. After my body is clean, I put my hair in a clip and run a bath. This prevents you from filth sitting!!!
:) I usually wake up early at 6am though not on the weekends I wake up around 9:30am. I love this video. I just have vitamin b12. I do the same drink water then the pill. One thing I do is listen to music. Taylor Swift
I am not a fan of the summer at all. The heat just kills me and I don’t want to do anything. The past couple of weeks I have prioritized working out in the morning and my mental state has improved a lot! You should consider taking a multivitamin.
@@KeeganActon Honestly, I don’t think it matters. I just take a multi for woman. My doctor also has me taking iron, b12 and d3. It’s cuz I’m slightly anemic. I don’t eat a lot of meat so my b12 levels were low. But since taking a supplement there at normal levels now 😄
love this vlog, I also take supplements I take the energy & metabolism womens multivitamin from GNC it has helped a lot with my personal fitness goals I also take vitamin C if I feel stressed to avoid illness if possibly
