Brett just do back the regular 5 minute workout vid for females. Example: 1: how to properly do a squat 2: workout for belly fat 3: workout to tone the arm Just do short vids and Target different body parts with and without equipment. Brett Cap hello boo from Ohio! Need your help, so I’m not a big person in working out, and just started this week. Eating right too. And my legs are shut! It’s been two days and I can’t even sit. What did I do? Can you also give advise on recovery after a workout? Love your videos! Muahssss

@@brettcap of course we do and its so not because we wanna see your chest dwl. But seriously tho. Do what other RU-vidrs do. They research. So go back to old vids and see what use to work for you. Also, use up that sense of humor and editing skills. Oh a lil idea for the males and females, you can do a style vid. Example : style your hair, clothes.. Stuff like that. Sorry for the long message. Great video. I had knee surgery and have just started working out again. I'm 59 and it's my 3rd knee surg. This time I honestly lost all muscle tone. It's like I've never worked out before. I would love to see maybe once a week a suggested work out video from you on different parts of the body kind of like you use to do. Great to see you back and thanks for the positive videos. The hair is awesome!! I feel the curly hair struggle though, I hate to put tons of shit in my hair too which is why I dont really wear it natural. I'm a hairstylist and I just suggest a little trim in the front so your curls dont hang in your face, otherwise it's great. Nice to see you still motivated to be better, I always enjoy your videos.
