summer morning routine | healthy & productive

pls read >> lots of people are saying “i’d be productive if my room looked like that” and “i’d be that happy if my body looked like that” but i think what we need to realize is you don’t need money or a perfect aesthetic room to go outside and take in the natural beauty we often take for granted in the stress of the day and you don’t need a perfect “ideal” physique like the media tells you. what your given for free is what we need to learn to love the most. the earth and the beautiful places that we were just given and our bodies everyone has there own thing maybe it’s your eyes maybe it’s your hair but you don’t need a perfect body to be beautiful or happy. it’s not physical i’m the sense of “i’m not [ blank ] enough” it’s the mindset of “everyone is enough” you can’t convince me that a single human being is ugly. and you shouldn’t be telling yourself that either no matter who you are, what you look like, your amount of money or nice things you have shouldn’t affect your ability to love what your given the earth your body and the good things in life. we get so focused on the bad because that’s all we hear about nowadays but there’s so much good that should get equally as much recognition and if your ever struggling mentally reach out even i’m willing to talk because i think everyone deserves to be happy and enjoy life naturally 💕 sorry for my ted talk i just feel strongly about it :))

*my morning routine:* 1. wake up 2. go back to sleep 3.wake up again 4. lay in my bed for an hour 5. cry for no reason... 6. open my curtains and cry because the weather always sucks.. 7. then I try to do something creative 8. I cry because my motivation has disappeared 9. Then I cry because im hungry 10. Eat un healthy food untill im in a food coma 11. Then im tired so i lay in bed for the rest of the day lmao

I try to keep every morning productive and refreshing. The only problem is my wake schedule

what time do you usually wake up and how do you structure your day? i work for myself/work from home too and i've been finding a hard to with structure and fitting everything in!!

lots of people are saying “i’d be productive if my room looked like that” and stuff but she’s choosing this lifestyle because she wants to live happy and i completely understand not being able to afford things like that but go take a jog outside in the morning and see the natural beauty we kind of take for granted everyday and guess what that’s free :))
