So many of these products are my favorites too. I especially love hypochlorite acid spray. My facial redness is markedly reduced. Keep doing these empties videos.

I use micellar water as first cleanse and then follow with your prequel glycerin cleanser (I love love love it), and I put prequel ointment around mouth to prevent skincare and sunscreen penetration. Nutrafol does work! It helped with my thinning hair post menopausal. I could see results within 2 months with hair density. But you are right, you have to continue using it to see that new hair continue to grow.

Love the prequel ointment as a hand cream thanks to the texture! You have to try the K18 oil if you love Virtue's oil. I actually find that it helps with frizz/overall appearance better than Virtue when I do a split hair comparison (like a psycho)
Please, whatever the Prequel product is (hoping for a better formulated 1% copper peptide serum but that's just wishful thinking 😅), let it be an airless pump bottle! I hate dropper bottles so much, so messy and clunky 😭
Love that mascara too! I just ordered your ointment and cream for my mom who has very sensitive, dry, rosacea skin. After a fire in their area a few years ago and being evacuated for 12 days, my mom’s skin changed. Her barrier is so compromised. She used to love the Laroche Posey Cica Balm, but they changed the formula. I am hoping she can get the same effect using both your products.
Thank YOU about just using micellar water! Everyone insists you have to use at least one cleanser, if not two and I canNOT. My skin does not like cleansers or soap or even a washcloth and water. From teenage years til maybe right before the pandemic, I used makeup wipes. Then I transitioned to the Bioderma Sensibio micellar water on cotton rounds. I do it morning and night and put a normal skincare routine on top. I don’t usually get pimples or whiteheads. I guess I’m just different!
I've been using K18 for a while for my bleach damaged hair and found it pretty good to repair the damage, although it is not conditioning or smoothing like Olaplex so I always have to use a lot of leave in conditioners and hair oil after the treatment.
I do like this to let us know what you use on a regular basis. I have multiple contact allergies, mainly preservatives and fragrance…and beeswax. Then there is the allergy to avocados which means latex allergies. 🙃 All things soy cause cysts. And I am gluten free. And have rosacea. Whew!!! So I read all labels but love hearing of items I’m not familiar with. To the labels I go!🤣 Thanks for all the info. 😎✌🏻
I cut my sunscreen and other products in half when they are to the point I can no longer squeeze out any more. There is still a lot of product left and I can usually get another week’s use from it. I put the top half over the bottom and it kinda seals it as I finish the rest of the product.
Same!! I’ve been using it for years and have a couple back ups since it’s my holy grail cleansing balm. I smelled my opened one and a back up one…NO SMELL to me 🤷🏻♀

Nope. It’s the same ingredients & same concentration, I’m pretty sure. Walgreens makes a $10 spray for like 3x the amount of product. It’s crazy to me that people pay that Tower28 price lol. I can’t do it
Dr Sam I ordered your gleanser and the skin ointment. I wanted to love the gleanser but I find it so hard d to rinse because of its slip, I will try it as a body cleanser. The ointment is great, not too greasy, using it as a hand cream and for nails. The secret bottle I hope it to be a serum with acids, niacinamide, Azelaic….
@@parinazaz4044 It’s great! I’ve repurchased it 3 times now. I def use more than the instructions state and my type 1 hair does not get weighed down or look greasy. The sophisticated coconut scent is lovely too.

I know you’ve said formulation really matters, and I see an esthetician who says the same thing -- but she insists her clients need a $72 Hydrinity hypochlorous spray and implies that the Tower28, etc. aren’t good enough. What are your thoughts? For some products I get how they’d be different… I cannot fathom that these two products could be SO different that it justifies the $~50 price difference.
I bought my last Beauty of Josean sunscreen from YesStyle but weirdly enough my mail tracking said it was coming from Ebay. Until it arrived I had no idea what this was b/c I don’t shop from Ebay so now I’m a little skeptical buying it from even YesStyle b/c of this.

Is it true that hypochlorous acid can make a vitamin C and/or retinol inactive? @Dr. Sam Ellis I bought your hypochlorous acid product and I like it but I need some tips on how/when to use it.
Hi! Have you watched the launch video for the product? If you apply it right before vitamin C, you can deactivate reduce the efficacy of the antioxidant so it’s important to let the hypochlorous acid dry down before layering it under any antioxidant.
I can’t afford $28 for the Tower28 spray. There are so many hypochorous acid sanitizers on Amazon for $25/per gallon. Does anyone have a recommendation?
everyone talks about sun damage on your hair, but I have not found a product that does anything about it! Do you know of a good leave in conditioner with effective sunscreen?

I think you as a doctor should mention that the joseon sunscreen isn't water resistant - there's a reason it feels like a lotion and isn't sticky when you apply it. It's in the category of daily sunscreens in Korea, which means it's not a sunscreen you'd use for physical activity or going to the beach. The film will break up pretty easily with any kind of physical activity. But it's great as a part of your normal skincare routine.
Prequel do not ship to Canada. It would be so amazing if it could because I would love to have the Gleanser and the oatmeal cream one. I cross my fingers 🤞

I bought the Beauty of Joseon sunscreen on Amazon and received a knockoff. The package actually said it was made in China, when the real one is made in South Korea. I wrote a review to alert other buyers not to get this product, but it was taken down by Amazon, saying that the product was certified to be authentic. BS, I know the original product and that was not it. Very disappointed on Amazon, that not only they allow fake products to be be sold in their platform, but they actually defend them.
I’ve read a lot of comments from people who’ve never received their products from Stylevana. It makes me nervous so I order from Yesstyle. Sometimes it takes a longer time if something I ordered is not in stock. The longest I’ve ever waited is almost a month from when I ordered the products. But I’ve always gotten my package!
