Summer Time Baked Oysters with Diablo Sauce (Recipe!)

Did someone say baked oysters!?
Today we are baking up some oysters we got fresh from the Asian market. Enjoy with the spicy and delicious Diablo sauce for the perfect summertime snack.
Fresh Large Oysters (13 Count) for this Recipe
Line your baking sheet with coarse sea salt fully covering the bottom of the tray.
Next, lay you large Oyster upright and leveled evenly across the tray.
Pre-heat your oven to 380 degrees Fahrenheit and put your oysters in once up to temperature. It should take around 30-45 minutes depending on the situation and you'll know they are ready once they slightly pop open.
Diablo Sauce:
- 4 TBS Ponzu
- 4 TBS Tabasco
- 1 TBS Garlic Sambal
- 2 TBS Olive Oil
- Juice of Half a Lime
- Freshly Cracked Black Pepper
- 2 TBS of Minced Cilantro Leaves
Once the oysters start bubbling and popping open - take them out of the oven and shuck the tops off accordingly.
Scoop about 1 TBS each oyster of that delicious DIABLO sauce, even distributed.
Garnish with more fresh limes and squeeze more of that freshness all over the oyster for the final touch.
