Hi Nami ,nice to see you .The things you've received from your parents remind me when i was in Athens studying and my grandma was sending me boxes with rice, spaghetti, sugar, salt, beans,sweets and money. You inspired me to take up embroidery too and I did a punch needle project for the first time which I enjoyed. Working on a floral embroidery project now which is so relaxing!

It feels really good to see that you have received home grown fresh produce! You can also try one small and quick recipe for the bitter gourd. After washing, slice it into thin circular pieces and remove the seeds. And marinate it with simple salt and red chilli powder (red paprika) and let it rest for 15 minutes and then on a fry pan add little oil and fry until crispy along with some chopped garlic. And it's ready! You can have this with plain cooked rice as a side dish!
The melon, onions and a couple of other things are from a grocery store. Everything is too clean to have come straight from a home garden. Beautiful looking dishes, though.

Good morning Nami, A parent’s love is always there for you no matter what happens. Enjoy this week cooking lessons. On hot days I generally like to make it simple. I live an hour away from Buffalo NY USA. Wings and beer are amazing. Next time, if you like blue cheese or ranch dressing, that's what we use for dipping. Frank's redhot is also great for the wing sauce but I like the Asian flare you made. Yummy. Currently sick and lifted my spirits to see your video posted❤.
For Ranch my family loves I use Dill, Garlic salt, MSG, white vinegar and plain Greek coconut yogurt. If I want it to taste super yummy I add mayo or I whip in a raw egg. It's super yummy with fresh and dried Dill.
Today's vlog was packed with so many great recipes and, above all, a visual feast of the beautiful produce you received from home. Did it all come from your parent's garden? As a fellow gardener; I am impressed. It is fascinating to see the different ways you prepped the vegetables and the recipes that came about as a resultway they were prepared. As a beet lover, I am intrigued by the beet waffle. I am going to give that one a try. I would think sweet potato waffles would be good as well. Might I suggest roasting your beets in either the oven or airfryer the next time you prepare roasted root vegetables.In fact, you could use some of the roasted sweet potatoes in the waffle recipe.
The eggplants, tomatoes, white and yellow corn look delicious. I love all the healthy in-season fruits and veggies -- they are the stars of these beautiful meals!
