Come join me as I drive thru all of Las Vegas' most sought after neighborhoods. In this tour I will be showcasing the Vistas and Paseos Villages in the Summerlin 89138 zip code.
Wonder if this the neighborhood Debbie Gibson lives? She says in a interview lives in a regular neighborhood ,but for my opinion still had to be fancy.this looks great
Jerry Davenport it just typically depends on what type of loan you qualify for. Obviously the higher the better. But a good starting point is 640 and higher.
I lived in Scottsdale for 2 years and worked in Phoenix and hated it.. The traffic is horrible over there! I think it is a much better place than Phoenix/Scottsdale, by far!
The average commute time for Las Vegas is actually higher than in Scottsdale. There is also more violent and property crime in Las Vegas than in Scottsdale. People tend to be older and wealthier and a little more conservative in Scottsdale. I don't recommend living in Phoenix, only Scottsdale AZ, or if you are more family oriented Gilbert Arizona is amazing (but it's very conservative politically- idk where you lean). You should also look into Tempe, Mesa (some parts are lower income and some are very nice), Chandler and Queen Creek (smaller and more rural but new and beautiful) if you are looking to live in Arizona!
ash I actually use to live in South Scottsdale for two years and thought the commute time was far worse in AZ than Vegas. I had to drive all the way to Glendale for work from S. Scottsdale and it sucked. You really can’t compare Vegas to Scottsdale, maybe Summerlin to Scottsdale. Phoenix has over 7 mil people, while Vegas has a little over 2 mil. Phoenix has gotten way too big! Personally after living in both areas, I prefer Vegas 100%!
@@favoritelasvegasrealtor obviously if you are driving between two different cities the commute time/traffic will be worse than just driving in Las Vegas. I never gave ANY information about Phoenix as I would never live there. In my opinion you cannot compare summerlin, which is an area of a city (46k people) to Scottsdale (255) either. I hope everyone can make an educated choice about where they want to live. Scottsdale and Phoenix are two different cities.I am trying to as well which is why I am watching videos and Googling statistics.
