As to luggage- can’t recommend Briggs & Riley high enough. Pricey, but amazing ergonomics and quality and they have a lifetime guarantee. My husband has had his roller bag for 15 years and it just got serviced for FREE and it looks brand new! Love your videos! Congrats on your engagement!!!

Congratulations I follow you on IG 🥰🥰 👏🏾👏🏾when you started to talk about walking, I was 208 last year (my highest January 2023 I was 210) this time now I’m 156-161 depending on the day 😂 but yes I had to take steps with my Dr letting me know I was pre diabetic and yes she said I can help but just know the day I started the meds she prescribed i started walking it was 3 miles per day almost 7days a week but not less than 5 days per week as I lost weight I could walk longer but as it got cold I didn’t like walking outside so the treadmill was my next choice idk why i couldn’t walk as long on that machine but to date I’m walking 5-7 miles 5-7 days a week I can’t tell the difference my joints can tell the difference

I increased my walking and lost so much weight. Natural toning. Along with the Kohl's bedding, the Hot Girl Walks are probably helping you sleep better too. Love that for you!

You put out some of the best content on IG. Love it. You are so right about walking. I started back walking this week it is so therapeutic. Im saying to myself, “ girl you been slipping .” I like the barrel jeans too. I brought the white ones from Amazon but I sent them back. They were too thin and didn’t fit me like my fp ones. Im interested to hear your thoughts when you get yours. Love your top.

🎉🎉🎉🎉 to walks! I love it. But I need to be more consistent with it. As for the coats. I got my first Moncler 10 years ago and I’m hooked. I have a bit too many now but when I say worth the funds - worth the funds! Be sure to pick the one with the warmth level you want. They come in different levels. For example the Suyan is for November to December. But in the deep cold I’d go with a Moka. Don’t know about Mackage coats. Good luck

Thank you for the book recommendation. I’m in a different season in sexual life and I need some guidance and assurance. Elf and Nyx blushes are some of the best on the market for us brown skinned girlies. They are my go to and have turned me into a blush gal. My summer faves are the tinted moisturizer with SPF by Fenty, Miami Nectar perfume by Ellis Brooklyn, perfectly ripe cantaloupe, a handheld scale for luggage, and filtered water.
