They do, but not very much. It's super loud and very inconsistent. If you're rolling out with it and miss one hop your whole team's half a second late. It's used in clutches sometimes where people feel that they'll die if they don't get out of an angle quickly, and if they whiff the bhop it's the same result as if they didn't try (but if they hit it they escape and have a chance at the round). S1mple bhops quite a lot for example. But usually only in clutches. It's really annoying to play with someone who's jumping and airstrafe-spamming around you, because you might shoot them, they might block you, you might block them, they might block nades. It's just way less frustrating to have grounded teammates so until you're last, you're probably being more annoying than useful by bhopping.
