I think the ban was justified but it should also be the same for the cops who were being petty as fuck to him. The cops need some kind of consequences for this shit, soon enough X will be either Perma banned or will quit the whole RP scene which will give less exposure to the scene and community as a whole.

I don't like xqc at all but they obviously banned him because they dislike him. Like come on wrangler has done worse and especially in that situation he was the one perpetrating it. Also i think most cops are like that they're trying to piss him off as much as possible and even breaking rules just to piss him off and they aren't being held accountable for the things they're doing while he is.

The cops need to understand that anything they do will be seen as a whole. Whether they like it or not, their actions will always be seen as a whole. When they metagame and break the rules, that stays with viewers. All the small things they do to annoy xQc after that are just the cherries on top. Being petty, stealing his shit, unlawfully arresting him, fabricating evidence, that just makes things worse. It may be different cops that do these things each time, but the whole experience for xQc feels as if he's specifically being targeted, which he is. It's like females in online videogames. One guy saying one sexist thing in one lobby isn't really the problem. But one guy in every single lobby you go into is frustrating. Every interaction xQc has with a cop, the cop is a dick (for the most part). Now, that one cop may not think that what they did was that bad, but if every single cop does that to xQc individually, that's obviously gonna piss him off. They're cops. On duty, you should be above that. If you can't, don't be a cop. Understand the effect that your actions have on people and discuss that shit. xQc makes many mistakes, both in character and out of it, but he gets punished for it and cops don't. These cops constantly use the law as a way to satisfy their own vendetta against xQc and then have the audacity to act all surprised when he lashes out. Don't act like this is entirely his fault. You contribute to it more than xQc does.

Man this killed my good vibes today. It was Easter morning, sun was shining outside, surprised to even see X at 11am when I got on Twitch and then this happens... I waited over a month since 3.0 dropped for my two fav streamers to interact (team up) and when they finally did the bank heists I thought holy shit this is AMAZING. Even Summit was getting around 98K viewers at one point with X. I shoulda known this wasn't going to last. Nothing amazing ever does... RIP the duo 😫😫

Xqc has his flaws; but chat is calling xqc childish (which he can be). But he put up with rude cops for HOURS, that stream just wasn't fun; he was right. I'd be sick of going to jail and not getting to be heard because "he's not in power"

It was a painful stream to watch and a lot more complicated than the out-of-context clips led you to believe. There was a lot of fail RP on both X's side and the cops' side. So many instances of NVL, personal attacks, OOC, etc. from both cops and X through out the 20+ hour stream (prob didn't help his state of mind). I would be surprised if X isn't perma'd from the server because of how much shit went down.

The thing about X's character, it is literally just like his IRL character. So when he rages, its hard to differentiate him releasing anger, and then just smiling after like that is ok. Esfand was right

I just find it funny how 30 plus people in discord were talking about the recent growth of gta RP... Some were crediting X for that but there were many who were silent or just flat out blinded by their own hatred of his character to see that. I look at people like Judd and see someone’s life... REAL LIFE being changed for the better. Which is fucking awesome.

Imagine everytime i hop onto his stream he is in jail all the time because these cops just keep hitting on him. The cops were legit meta gaming right there. Here is some context: X shot the cop 6 times in the head and even changed outfit and mask and ran to burgershot and didnt even say a word during the entire process. The cop supposedly "Dead" went to shout IT WAS X IT WAS X because he couldnt take the L. Then they went to burgershot to find him because they got a "TIP". Then they went to arrest him without any evidence and brought him to his jail cell. LadyHope went to say "I hate X and lets do something about it, lets put charges on him" even though she knew that they just meta gamed. She even went to delete all her clips relating to the dead cop speaking and her clip of saying how she hated X. Thats why you are only seeing the clips through X pov because he saw the video beforehand. The cops even went into his cell to start beating him to take his "phone" and even called a medic down to help him out when he is "DOWN" cause he know he is going to beat the shit out of him. When X came back up and asks them for any evidence, they made it up and said that they found his "GUN" at the crime scene. I also remembered a cop calling him Mr Cow before this??? What a fail rp. He never called himself mr cow. It was always jean paul , x or ghost rider. These cops rather stand in a circle and talk a bunch of bull crap for content rather than going out there to arrest people. Stupid cops cant take L and expect others to take the L. X literally a nice guy didnt report people for meta gaming and fail rp but these moron cops cant handle the heat so they reported him??? What a puss seriously. No wonder they can only be cops in game and not irl.

This whole situation was so dumb though. I think the only reason X was the only one to get banned was because of previous bans. The cops really sounded bad too. I'm not a fan of xqc, definitely one of my least favorite streamers but he definitely wasn't the only one doing wrong here.

I've watched X since mid-2017 and he's always been this way. He's always lacked care, lack of focus when people are talking, etc. Realistically he's a complete man-child with a massive ego due to his chat sucking him off every day. He's a good guy when not with other people basically. I don't know whether he's actually fuckin insane or is overreacting for the content as it's always hard to tell and because he changes his mentality on a dime. His overwatch days were just like this, same with among us, same with any other game that involves having to deal with others. He's not good at understanding other's point of view all the while claiming OTHER people are at fault for not caring about him when he does the exact shit he hates to others. Maybe streaming has truly turned him insane and I don't blame him.

x is the prime example of the friend everyone wants to love but just can't keep his mouth shut and keeps putting himself in situations where you unfortunately can't take his side. :(

xqc should have made more of a fictive character, and not just be himself. makes it impossible to see when he is ooc or not. he is known for having little break downs, and being a completely different character just playing a story out for the rp would be good for him in terms of distancing himself from what is happening, but also for us watching to know when he is playing the character and when he's going ooc.

X takes this stuff too seriously, drops out of character too often and it just becomes him moaning at the cops lol rip X

Reposted original from segpasta I saw the beginning of this up until the end live, pretty much. He was wrongfully shot at by the police in one incident where his friend got shot down. From that, he got mad, shot back and ended up getting arrested. He then got out of prison, went back to get his 5 lockpicks and his phone back, because the police stole it from him. Yes, steal, because they are not allowed to take your own items. OBVIOUSLY. He goes there, in good faith, that they will just return it and then be on his way. Luckily he meets a cool officer, who basically gives him 3 new lockpicks out of his own pocket (not the ones who were stolen from him,,cause those officers didnt' even write down in their rapports that they took that as """evidence""", because they are only allowed to confiscate evidence.) He then walks back with his friend to his car, drives off and the bitch ass cop who wanted to fuck him over, turned on his sirens and stopped him a block down. Becuase XQC thought of running away then and there, but then he thought, that yeah, its probably just gonna be a ticket, it's 2 mins after serving 175 months with a 200 month parole, surely he won't do this, right? So he stops. Now, this is the 2nd time, where he really shouldnt be in the situation he was in, because of the fucking stealing of his items (which btw, you can't prevent as the criminal.) If he had wanted, he could've ignored going to the PD in the first place. Now when they are chasing him, out of a situation that he was fabricated to be in by them, he could have just run away from them and had a pretty good chance at escaping, but he didn't. They basically say, fuck you, I'm gonna arrest you, even though he didn't do shit. Even though he says that he got out of jail 2mins ago and has a 200 month parole, which, btw , they already knew. This guy basically doesn't give a fuck, it really becomes apparant at this point that he want's to fuck XQC over and be a little bitch and literally waste his time with the in-game power that comes with being a cop in that world, and just send him to jail over nothing. It's obvious that the only reason this guy did this, was because he was mad at XQC. Noone in their right mind would go this far to try to waste someones time and stop them from having fun, as this guy did, unless you have a vandetta against them. It's disgusting because it's powertripping and powerabusing and that's where the MOLD and angry XQC clips come in , where he's lashing out. Sure, it's not the optimal move by him, but it's fucking warranted due to the behaviour he's being put through. He then wanna take that to court, and they waste his time in the cell, he lashes out more, they take detours to the courthouse etc. At this point they are almost done with the trial and the judge does not want to remove the parole from this incident, upon hearing that, he just walks out, because at this point, it's already been around 1 hour, from the point where he willingly stopped so that they could arrest him, until the end of the trial, which was more than half of his 200 months already. So he runs away, they catch him and he lashes out more. They send him to jail, he comes out again and this is when the park ranger is gonna stop him (and from his previous encounter, he obviously doesnt wanna do that) so he just flips around and shoots him straight in the head 5 times. Upon which, the cop says "ITS X HE'S GOING TO BURGER SHOT" about 1 or 2 minutes later when another cop arrives at the scene. Now, they manage to catch him at burgershot aswell after a small chase on foot. Later back at jail again, he's super fucking MOLD (for obvious reasons) having been META-GAMED against several times, having been pushed around like some fucking toy by cops stealing his stuff which they had no right to do, however he can't do shit about it but must go to court over it. Which is fucking stupid if you ask me, but it's still fucking immoral to actually just steal his stuff every damn time like that. After he gets out of jail this time that's when he comes to the apartments in his veihicle and that's where the Wrangler clip is seen. He surely wouldnt have done that to Wrangler if it handt been for the fact that the whole fucking day, he had been pushed around, not been respected, been made fun of and literally deliberatly wasitng his time and trying their best to increase the ammount of time they could waste on his side, seemingly just to piss him off. If you as me, that is evil. IN any case, if I was in his shoes I would've been just as mad if not worse. It's repulsive however that obvious and targeted bullying against someone like this is not just accepted but celebrated in that community. The only thing you can do to counter this overpowered cop shit, is by either murdereing them every time you see them or LET THEM fuck you over for fines and a big waste of time in prison only to submit a court date which usually takes 2 to 3 weeks to ACTUALLY take place. The worst part however, is how having certain charges on you, can allowe and will make the police freeze your bank account. All of a sudden you're not able to buy a car. All that money you spent hours on trying to get, all of a suddnen goes to waste. Lets say you had bought a nice car, they can steal it away from you if you get the wrong charges stacked against you. They can do alot more, they can even lock you in for life. If they so chose. It all depends on what charges they wanna charge you with and the reason I'm even saying this, is just because of what I said: They can charge you with any, riddicoulus charge EVEN THOUGH YOU ACTUALLY WERE INNOCENT, you would be FORCED to go to jail, take the fine, not be able to use your bank account, they might raid you? O what's that, you werent prepared to get charged with this so you didn't prepare to get rid of all your illeagal shit in your appartment? Oh yea? Now you're raided, now they add a bunch of drugs and stolen bank money that they actually never should have found, onto your case. Oh what's that? now you're in for the 9's All from the root of some cop being able to actually charge you with FAKE shit and you HAVING to just "roll with the punches" which unlocks doors for them that shouldnt have been able to be unlocked in the first place. If you don't see the problem in that, then you've got somthing wrong in your head. They should establish some rules against cops acting like this because, obviously, the cops must be supported by the in-game law to use exessive force or they won't be cops, BUT if players are gonna powergame like this it just ruins everybodies fun.

Its 100% targeted. xQc is a "villain" in the game what do you expect him to do give the cops flowers? Every cops getting personally offended and lashing out on him. To that extent I feel that xQc should not be permabanned. The ban is definitely acceptable since he was using a lot of profanity which he should not of. He did not control his emotion which deserves a ban but those cops need some kind of consequence too.

The thing I have noticed while playing role play servers in games is the cops or factions in power hate losing any situations. They want to win every encounter so they go OOC to win it and then cry when the other person does the same but because they have more power they get the other person banned.

It was bad on both sides. Hopefully xqc and the cops will do better.

Cops are contentless without x, they all have massive viewer boosts thanks to him. yet they take everything he does personal which is anti-rp. this server is plagued with metagaming snipers, power gaming and nvl rule breakers. just sad to see x get banned when he has done his best not to break rules and be as entertaining as possible

They should just implement some better rules from other communities like Arma. In certain servers, when you fall unconscious or die you can't remember anything from the last situation you were in besides vague descriptions of the assailant and you can't interact in that same situation once revived.

Everyone else just avoids the situation because they, "Don't wanna deal with drama", so they'll watch a couple videos and not go out of their way to get the full context because they don't want to see the drama. This is why X is never gonna get justice. At least Summit is willing to go out of his way to look for all the clues as to why X got banned, instead of just assuming stuff.

Seems like the cops are meta'ing hard as fuck and not adhering to the rules either. They all all have a hard on for him. I personally think it's because of the type of streamer he is, and it's seeping into their own RP. I wouldn't mind if XQC was suspended with all these other RP'ers who clearly broke rules, too. Just seems the cops banded together and pushed their weight around to get something done, while also being complete hypocrites. But a lot of the clips shown were short and didn't provide much context either. I'd like to see what other streamers have been saying OOC to their streams.
