I did the math on Raoq. If you can farm hardest level, it will take a total of 8 days, 8 hours worth of the dhole energy to 2nd awaken him. To fully skill up, he needs 6 skillups. So you'll need 49 inugamis, 7 awakened at 15 elemental and 10 magic mids each. It will take 58 days, 8 hours worth of dimensional hole energy to fully skill him.
Considering that it's really not all that bad. Unless you have the monster already runed up or a set you can sacrifice from somewhere else, farming runes will be necessary anyway until you can really use the 2nd awakening to it's full extent. I really want to know if the cooldowns for 2nd awakening go UP again on units like the wind pixie...
And it'll take more than 100 runs to second awaken the skillup monsters cause they probably won't be able to do it at 5 stars on the hardest difficulty
@@matthewjohnson7667 6* max level and awake your monster... Skill him up the first time to make him useable.... Give him runes.. Beat the level 100 times... 6* and awake the skillups.. (Skill them up!?) Give them runes... Level them up to 2nd awake them... (100x per unit) RePeat for the next few years... Switch runes... Et voila your new monster! 😂😂😂😂
the only hope of saving this miserable idea of skilling them up again is them requiring barely any skillups, like 3 or 4 total per monster, would still by grindy, but would be slightly more reasonable. still, com2us, what is the point then of secondary awakening? you might as well have them be a new monster... terrible move
Bagel for some reason(because what they want us to do is unreasonably insanity farming and because the unit would literally be worse until you skill it up back) what if the 2nd awake skills had different new skillups and base skill after 2nd awakened is already counting in the normal awakened skillups, as example the skills that increase debuff chance when skilling them on normal awaken on their second awaken they have a chance thats equal as if the base skill was skilled up as example shannon skill 2 is 80% chance and gets 20% more when skilled but once you 2nd awake her the base skill is already 100% chance and same checks up for all other revealed mons this leads me to think all other skillups are kept in most relevant cooldown reduction skillups so it may not be as important to get those new skillups as much as it would be if we had to get cooldowns again.
So a good example of this is water warbear his skillups give 35% chance for the debuff but on his 2nd awake the base chance is already 85% this tells me 2nd awaken skillup will be new different skillups to further improve the skill very relevant as that means you dont need to get cooldown reduction skillup again.
Yeah. They need to increase a bit monster stats. Atleast same with nat4. Edit: But what they offer is to us farm new runes which is a bit stronger... I hope they makes new runes cant be obtained except dimension
Ya, I totally agree. The whole game is ruined because a new patch with completely new stuff that doesnt really have big impact on anything ruined the whole game. Farming Giants is even less fun as it was before. That patch totally changed the way I've done my guildsieges. Everything is different now. We better stop playing right now.
Aerial I play Honkai impact 3, which is also a grinding game, and they give u surveys to do at the end of every update. And when u complete the survey they give u crystals. So I think they care about the players. But I can tell Com2us straight up doesn’t care. I mean, I’m a free to play player, and I have only like what, 3 nat 5s, no 6* mons AND have not unlocked the dimension hole because I cannot clear the rift or worlds. And im arnd level 37 to 40 btw. Its just so difficult ._. And now they throw this shit like how tf am i gonna be able to get things like this.

@@thebenqisme Arena towers are as their name says, you need to craft then and upgrade them as you progress through the game with the points you earn from winning, but they get to a such a high price that is actually ridiculous, so you need to grind hard because you'll really need them mid to late game, I'm a mid game player with 3 years into the game due to the arena towers that I haven't maxed yet
Something he didn't seem to mention: each one of those fodders must be fully skilled up before being second awakened. So you'll need 10 fully skilled up inus to second awaken and then feed to bella. That's 70-100 inugamis. That's utterly bullshit at the most extreme level ever devised by a gaming company.
What power creep???... If anything its a power loss... all the good ld nat5s got nerfed to hell, while the plain nat5s are better than them like diana,gany,etc... They need to buff mons every update to make the game powerful again. Atleast all the nat5s should be super powerful.

Lnd nat 5's are being balanced and are still top tier picks. My problem is the nat 4's and below being top tier picks and out shining their nat 5 counter parts in so many aspects of the game. Aegir vs Chow, Loren vs hwa, garo vs laika. You can't just make everything op because then no one will have fun. When I mean op, I mean able to by pass certain in game mechanics such as the violent reset counter, or just ruining people's day with rng out of nowhere, cough* cough* Antares cough*. Overloading monsters kits is unhealthy, having the ability to do too much in too many situations. Every monster should have a niche place in some kind of environment. Nat 5's should be the most viable in either one area, like arena or gw, or decent in multiple places but never the first pick. Nat 4's should have unique traits about them that are interesting but are stuck to being good and never great in all aspects. Antares is a good example of having a unique passive but because of the buff with the increase chances each time an enemy moves, it became unhealthy, just like violent and ponies. dont forget that in order to second awaken your SKILLUP monsters they also need to be FULLY SKILLED. which means that you would need 100 inugamis to skillup your skillups.

Man, another energy to balance? Can we please get a way to speed up all of the places we need to farm every day? Between guild wars, guild siege, cairos, labyrinth etc I'm definitely running out of time in the day to farm everything that will be "mandatory" to keep up with other players.
The monsters 2nd awakening skills have the same parameters as the max skilled original skills, just with new added effects, and increases base stats. So a 2nd awakening is still great even without skillups when compared to the original.
Com2us: how can we gain more money from players without making it easy to get if they want to grind for instead. Also Com2us: * adds a new secondary awakening for monsters* Profit 💯

Epic seven is a joke. I tried so hard to love that game. And I do. Luna is my favorite game character of all time. But it’s like impossible to progress in that game man.

So they want us to max skill the fairy first before we can enter the hole, which needed like 15 other fairies. Then they gonna reset after you've been farming for about a week to get the secondary awakening, and do it again for another 15 times. Refer to that sad Racuni video, there's gonna be a bunch of crying fairies~ Cum2us is so sick~
Yay more content I'm going to ignore *Lab/Second awakening* Id rather spend time farming the runes. I barely even do that anymore, my desire to grind is disappearing and to think I was a bit excited for this update xD

Consider u need 110 inugamies just for making full skilled 10 inugamies for awaken second even if u do things it will take months and months ....just to skill up second awaken...? Hello no.... @@omo308 you have to make each awakens u need max skilled inugamies, each inugamies have different amount of skill ups though... Approximately it will take so long to completely max 10 inugamies and run them to awaken from dhole each just to use as fodder for skill ups for second awaken main inugami u use

Depending on what the 2nd A brings to the table for some individual monsters, it "might" still be worth the time/energy investment - if a player doesn't already have better options. I mean, who will actually grind that content just to get some mediocre 2* / 3* that doesn't really do that much compared to other 4* / 5* monsters? Not sure why they went with this concept, this seems like a really niche thing to farm now.
belladeon, ramagos. Keep in mind 2nd awakening increases base stats AGAIN. Imagine ramagos with way higher base hp. Or speed. Imagine bella having 800 base def when 2nd awakened. Probably not, but it's possible. Even guardian players will farm to get this .. 14 k base hp ramagos.
It is really bad once again from com2us.. Cmon 3 month !! or devilmon for one single bloody monster.... You either have to be a NO LIFE or basically spend all your money. Im fine with them making money otherwise there would be no game HOWEVER they are just killing the game experience more and more. This format of gaming is just bad and honestly those companies use all the same format for mobile games. I'm just hoping that the "skill ups" aren't like: level 2: + 10% damage level 3: +10% damage level 4: +10% damage level 5: +5% damage level 6: +5% damage level 7: -1 cooldown turn level 8: +10% damage level 9: -1 cooldown turn If they do that, I might legitimately quit the game. Goodbye ld nat 5 account ;-; Edit: When they reset the skill ups back to when, I am really hoping they mean that this is a seperate skill up. It doesn't make sense to skill up your monsters during first awakening, and then to shit all over that (pardon my french). Example: Raoq has 50% chance to defense break on S1. After 3 skill ups, it gains 20%. I am HOPING beyond all hope that when the skill gets second awakened, what happens is the base chance goes up to 70%, and you retain the previous 20% from first awakening. THEN you only have to do 1 additional skill up for S1 that can ONLY be achieved through secondary awakening that gives an additional 10% chance to defense break, pushing it to 100% chance. If the scenario described at the top becomes the reality, my previous statement still stands. If the edit becomes reality, I will be staying at SW for quite some time.
I wish skill 3 was improved, at least reduce the cooldown by 1. And more excited? More like I want to sell my account now and write abusive reviews for all com2us games.

if they want us to use devilmons on secondary awakening BS, then they need to introduce the new way of getting devilmon. from RTA for example? Craft devilmon like reaps? This is not, like you said, tons of grinding. This is too much grinding. They fucked it up.
Aww man. I was excited for the new content, now i don’t even want to second awaken anyone. I was planning on 2nd awakening bella but i dont want to not be able to use her for months, especially since its probably late game players that can do level 5.
Yea, that is kinda dumb. If you need Bella you would have to build and 6* a second one in order not to mess with your stuff since it takes so long to skill them up.

Honestly, I'm not impressed at all. Probably unpopular opinion, but these second awaken skills could have been in any monster balance patches, these "ancient" runes and grinds are also fucking garbage, since there's gonna be 1 in a 1000 chance to get a max roll, and when it does, it's a god damn +1 speed compared to the normal runes. Really??? They needed one and a half year to figure something so revolutionally new to come up with?
This sounds TERRRIBLE!!!! Not even half way through the video and I've already decided that I won't be going into the new content. It can sit on my screen and have pretty colors...like a plant or tree.

Content that was supposed to be put out years ago finally getting released and now it’s just going to be a way to sell more packs for people to buy devilmon. It’s been a more than a fucking month since I got a half way decent rune after farming for hours and hours every damn day, crafting runes, runes from lab, all this bullshit farming with no gain and now they going to put in this bullshit. They better change that shit.
I don't have enough Devilmons even for my 5 stars units... feed an 2*/3* with them it is just so ridiculous, imagine all the time waiting the hole and droping the fkn thing down with this. *OMEGALUL*
that is a lot of grinding but the fact that the monsters have to be fully skilled before the second awakening has me hopeful. The notes don't actually say how many skill-ups each monster needs so it could be that the skill cool down decreases will already be a given and maybe second awakened monsters get more from each skill up. Of course this is purely speculation and might not be the case due to money grabbing but maybe it wont actually be as painful as it could be.
I mean I don't mind grinding but to an acceptable, reasonable level of degree. There's a threshold of were to much grind is not a good thing and hurts the game. This is one example. I feel like I reached the most content I'll ever get out from this game.
