Getting a tee time at Festival is really tough with only 27 holes of golf. Grand has 4 resort style golf courses all par 72. Access to services if far better in Grand
Don't buy in Sun City Festival if you want to golf. Can't get tee times in the winter season. Pulte screwed us out of one golf course and is still building homes here. Big Scam!
