I've been trying to get my snow blower fixed since Jan. 15th. 2023. The product is under warranty. I've chatted with AGENT (Dennis Clarin (Specialist)) 4 times so far. He's forwarded the information to the shipping dept. but still no response. I'm aware that snow joe is doing the best that they can do but it's been 4 months now. Any suggestions on how to help snow joe honor it's Customer Promise + Warranty ?
