Sun Meditation - Sunshine Adagio in D Minor 

This meditation is on our own Beloved Sun. The Sun is a part of the Beings known as Helios and Vesta. They are the Father/Mother God who created the spirit sparks that make up the Life Force of almost everyone evolving -- not just on our planet -- but all the planets belonging to this system of worlds.
As we are all Gods and Goddesses in a sort of spiritual embryo, then it is that Helios and Vesta are our God parents. There is so much that They do for us, and the Sun is not the dangerous thing that mankind in their scientific ignorance tells us it is. There is great resistance to UV Rays when the body is kept pure and healthy, through a proper diet, without the things which lower our vibration, such as meat, processing chemicals, and various forms of sugars, as well as attention to our spiritual needs.
