There is quite a bit going on here: you can see the limb darkening, many groups of sunspots, a few individual sunspots (most of the spots with penubra, i.e. medium-bright outer areas) and a number of areas with solar faculae - the brighter areas especially near the groups of spots on the right and left limb. The air was quite hazy.
