cash will never be a problem in India... because RBI can print how much ever that people want... it is just printed paper... stock market is not that way - it can go to zero. so no need to withdraw any money. but invest carefully. If food supplies become constrained, that is a different issue, which govt can solve by rationing.

Sirji ,I am saying keep emergency cash with you ,if any war like situation happens , go vts can impose limitations or restrictions on withdrawals ,at last minute you can't do anything .Have money in bank ,but keep emergency cash for sufficient period to ensure your family's welfare
Thanks for the analysis.However did not understand why cash is needed to be held in hand since we have UPI,credit card and wallets available.Will these also be affected ?
